This printer was easy to setup, but after 25 days it only showed an error number on the screen. Reboot, reset cartridge, power cord, etc. did not help. Returned to Best Buy and they said it was outside the return period, but I could consume my $75.00 Geek Squad protection. They said I could use the manufacturers warranty, but not through them, they did not know where to go. I got a replacement, but when asked to repurchase the 4 year warranty, I declined. I know printers fail, but so did Best Buy.

I am an HP gal, my old HP printer died. I needed a new one. I wanted an all in one. The set up was very easy, fast and everything works. I can scan, fax and print. I can print on both sides and faxing is super fast. Love it

Just bought this beauty. Very easy set up. Lightning fast printing. B&W is the way to go if color isn’t a requirement. You will need a home equity loan to pay for color ink. You can get color printers pretty cheap. Pay a little more for B&W. Save on ink

I purchased the HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw to replace an older HP laser printer that wasn't working properly. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The new printer is faster and has more features. I love the fact that it can scan and fax a doube-sided document in one single pass. This is a real time saver and there is no wasted paper by having to print the second side in order to fax. The printer is fast with clean and crisp prints and copies. The Best Buy Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. There was a $30 trade-in program going on so he helped me with getting that additional discount. Totally satisfied with my purchase. LOVE IT!!!

Very simple setup, works well on PC and Mac. Great overall for our needs. Files are a bit large when using the high DPI scanner settings, but not a big deal at today's internet speeds.

It is a pretty fast printer. I can connect it to my laptop, i pad and phone and print whatever I want. I do wish it came with black and colored ink. unfortunately, it only came with black. Other than that, it's a great printer.

I have 3 if these, they are great! I use both personally, and in my business. I easily print from phone, laptop or desktop, skan straight to computer, it does it all.

Got it on sale at a great price. Easy to use, printing, scanning and copies are all very good quality.
