This printer exceeded my expectations. It was a lot easier to set up compared to the MFP that I replaced it with. I was printing, scanning, and faxing within 10 min. Wireless printing is also a nice plus and easy to connect to your network.

I'm using this printer/copier/scanner with my development PC at home. Fast duplex printing/scanning. I do not fax with it.

Machine does not work. Blue light comes on with the power button. It stays on forever. I turned off and turned on , I unplugged and plugged back the machine, nothing changes.

Good print and scan quality. I like the duplex copy and scan function. However, getting the printer set up was not easy. And like other reviews you can’t use some functions on the printer screen. You have to use your computer to access those functions. Seems like HP wants you to run everything through their shop to monitor your usage.

Pretty quick printer and efficient, easy to install and connect

This printer is so much better than an ink printer. Also it is very fast. It works great for my business and save money by using the monochrome. I would definitely buy this printer again and refer it to other people.

Solid, hardworking printer that does everything you want it to do (if you don't need color printing). Very pleased with it and use it everyday. Substantially improved from earlier model I purchased in 2017 and had to retire.

After 5 weeks - weeks - of normal use the machine gave a blue screen of death upon startup. HP has no solution for the error code. This so-called printer is now a doorstop. HP software is TERRIBLE imo. You've been warned.

I purchased this printer as a replacement and it has so many more features than my old printer. Used it to scan double sided documents and upload them. Just so many features to use that make this a great choice. Highly recommended!

I would give the printer a 5 star but it has you forced into creating yet another online account which is a pain in the butt for nothing but a printer and ink? Seriously? I am perfectly capable of ordering toner cartridges on my own. I don't need yet another freekin online account. Extremely annoying!!

This is an excellent printer, an upgrade from a Brother, which stopped working after only 14 months. As a Best Buy Total Tech member, I got a full refund for the Brother printer and applied it to purchase this better machine. I highly recommend the total tech membership.

I needed a new Multifunction printer/copier. This seemed to fit what I needed and after purchasing and setting up I can say that it works for what I need. Easy to setup and use. It does everything that I need.

Has held up well! My only complaint is that I always feel like the drawer is flimsy and will wear down with frequent use, but that’s the same with all printers pretty much. Ink lasts at least as long as advertised!
