Best printer , amazing quality, and amazing for the price.

The printer works great. It's wonderful to have two sided printing and to scan double sided stuff. The instructions on how to correct all my machines via my network could use some work however. I also get some random notifications I'm not connected but it continues to work fine.

Nice printer. Wish we had more documentation on its features. We have to learn all of its features and options by trial and error. Not good...too time consuming. We purchased it to replace a similar HP printer that served our needs well for 9 years! My only compliant thus far is the printing default of doubled side printing. The only way to apparently obtain single side printing is too cumbersome. The default should be single sided printing, and an option should be for double sided printing. Maybe there is a simple way to change this default, but with the absence of adequate documentation, there does not appear to be a simple, effective way to obtain a default of single sided printing. Also, the icons on the screen are too small and need to be larger for ease of selection and use. A larger screen would probably help solve this problem. Otherwise, no complaints.

As I was getting my notary license, I was shopping around for the best laser printer around. After a few short days, I landed in this one and it is awesome. Easy to install and use. Either from my phone or PC, so far no issues.

It’s only been a few weeks but it was easy to set up on a network and the printing is fast. It’s a little loud but overall a good printer. Time will tell when it’s ready for new ink. Fingers crossed.

On the expensive side but has really fast printing and excellent quality. Easy set up with the HP Smart app. Nice. compact size. Easy to use interface.

Great printer, easy install. My iPhone finds it easily and air prints every time, big improvement for my hit or miss HP inkjet it replaced. The only thing that sucks is HP's printing software. It makes you wait, takes to much control. I just want my print and I want it NOW.

Sleek, refined and easier to use that our old boat anchor Brother 5900 machine. Not to mention the customer service of Brpther was absolutley terrible. Yes a bit pricier, but worth the extra expense. No issues since purchase in December.

We like the fact that the printer will automatically print on both sides of the paper. We prefer to connect to the printer with a cable rather than use the WIFI feature. When we first purchased the printer we were using Windows 10 and it was working fine. Soon afterwards we upgraded our computer to Windows 11 and downloaded the HP Smart app for setting up the printer. After some initial difficulties we were able to get the printer working although we are still having trouble getting pdf's to print using a downloaded version of Adobe Acrobat (print only).

I love this printer I purchased it for my tax business. It’s a fast printer and the ink that comes with it last for up to 3 months. I would recommend this printer if your in the market for a black and white fast printer..

The print outs are nice, BUT the printer is extremely loud and the e printing feature does not work at all

After having multiple issues with ink jet printers over the years, I purchased a laser jet printer. Excellent so far. Easy set up and operation. All of the functions work perfectly.

This HP laser jet printer works flawlessly and is easy to operate. Small footprint and easy setup. Best Buy technical staff did a great job in helping choose the printer for my needs.

Easy setup, pretty easy to configure, didn't like that it required registration with HP in order to complete setup and required the HP Smart app

I had an Epson and a canon printer before I decided to just get away from inkjet and go for a laser at HP a great reputation. If you want fast and efficient, then look no further.

Printer is fast. Well designed. Easy maintenance. Crisp black. Excellent choice for notary public’s. So t be shy this is a good buy. Excellent duty cycle awesome.
