Did an instaink membership cancelation and when the cancelation went in effect they updated my printer and it was rendered useless and a paperweight. Customer support sent a replacement.

I replace my older Brothers laser printer because the security was no longer compatible with my new network router, so I upgraded to this and let me tell you, I 'm so glad I did. not only does it scan, print and fax, it connects to WIFI effortlessly and I think the best part is HP App itself. I have all the same features from my phone. I can scan and fax right from my phone if I want. Plus it tells me on the app when my toner is getting low. I know we don't really fax anymore, but I have been in quite a few situations over the years where I needed to fax something and it was terribly inconvenient (because I'm impatient) to go to Fedex to do it. From a making life easy (for me) perspective, this was a pure win in my book.

Print quality is good but I'm somewhat disappointed. The touchpad is so small; when faxing, it doesn't indicate if it's in process or any status until after it goes through.

I purchased this mainly to print certificates on heavy-duty card stock and have been very happy with the results! It handles the card stock well and has a professional appearance. I expected it to take up more space than it does and was pleasantly surprised.

A fantastic printer with easy setup. Unlike many printers there was no need to hook up the printer directly via USB cable. I was able to set up the printer by entering my Wi-Fi credentials, and within five minutes of unpacking it, I did my first print. In the one month that I've had it, this thing has been 100% rocksteady reliable. Best HP printer I've ever owned. Hell, it's the best printer I've ever owned both for my home and small business. Ten-out-of-ten would buy again. I suggest you do too!

these are the worst printers ever, back by a lousy company. Mine lasted exactly 1 month past the warrantee date. Then the wifi stopped working. HP had the nerve to try to charge me $90 up front per session for tech support. $90. No guarantee or warrantee on the support and possibly more costs with repairs. I'll never buy HP again, it's not worth the price.

I wish I would’ve bought the same one for my home. It pays to pay more and get a larger copier. It works so good and it’s fast and quiet.

Great features, easy setup, easy to use. BEST of all, the speed of first page out. I need a printer for faster receipt output. My other, yes color laser, (color always slower) took 20+ seconds to spit out receipts and only 2-3 pages and then paused, this model spits everything out right away. Advertised first page out is 6 seconds Highly recommend, have only used for about 2 weeks so can’t comment on long term use, but scans pretty quick for copying as well. Have not used the fax feature yet.

This is a solid printer that is able to handle letter & legal double-sided prints. Instant Ink send me a spare toner cartridge within a week of purchase. I'm very satisfied with the unit.

I love this printer. It's fast, clean and extremely professional. I love the ease of understanding how to use it too.

The product have defected in the scaner,when i use the scaner have a line in the middle of the paper

I like HP products in general. I find their printers and laptop always great products

Great so far easy setup and fast printing at anytime

I bought it for home office but unfortunately I wasn’t able to activate it. It looks like my Wi-Fi is not strong enough for that print model. After many tries I was advised by HP to get a model without the “e” at the end, which doesn’t need an activation.
