    Does the job when it is not offline and not my internet provider. Have had better printers. Iffy about recommending.

    Prints fast and scans fast, but scan resolution is only 300dpi and cannot scan double sided from Adobe Acrobat (only from the HP Smart app).

    Instructions don't tell you that the startup process is temporary. Have to reinstall with permanent IP address.

    This LaserJet is fast and integrated well with my computer and Iphone. The initial instructions were a little confusing but I figured it out and I am very happy.

    Dont go with insta ink. You can still have ink/toner and it will lock up your printer until you reorder. With the 3mo free its a pain because if the printer comes with a 3mo supply in it, it didnt last 1.5 months. If you get free refill within 3mo, trying to get it is near impossible. I was on with tech support for 2 hours, they remoted in and still couldnt get it fixed. Told me to reboot and then call back if that didnt fix it...of course it didnt. Then they said to set up an in house repair which will cost because the warranty we bought is for replacement if they cant fix the problem. UGH

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Great printer!much better than previous model I had. Like the removable cartridge for ink vs the ink tubes my previous had that was messy and print was terrible. Bought previous at staples and Warrenty was a joke, had to return printer to them for repair, was without printer, thus had to buy new printer as have business to run! They supposedly repaired and sent back and tell me to buy ink! After I had put fife tubes in before I sent it! Never again.

    The printer itself is fine. The HP Instant Ink service could be the worst subscription service I've ever used. It's impossible to find the admin page throuhg HP.com. Always have to google it. Then if your card expires they lock your printer, forget the ink that I have already paid for you can't use the printer. I imagine there will be a class action in their future if they continue that methodology. Why wouldn't you just not allow refills? Seriously stupid. Do yourself a favor and buy ANY other brand of printers.
