    This printer is slow and have wifi connection problem I can not recommend to anyone.

    Great printer but loses wifi connection

    The printer was easy to set up on the network. My only issue is when the printer goes into "sleep" mode, the wifi connection gets dropped. We just have to turn off the printer to reconnect. A little annoying but we don't print too frequently to make much of a difference.

    Print quality and print speed are great. Overall ease of use is pretty user friendly. Set up was pretty basic, but we had some confusion between setting up for hard-wired network or wireless.

    We have now had this printer for a few months and are so pleased not to have the driver/ink issues that so often plague inkjet printers. The only issue is that the wireless printing is not always easily accomplished - not sure if the issue is that the laptop sending the job is located too far from the printer (downstairs/upstairs), or if something happens when the printer goes into sleep mode, but my wife has had some issues with inconsistent availability of wireless printing. Other than that, no issues - scanning is fine, print quality is good, single-document feed works well... Content with this purchase.

    Unable to get printer to work with cable or wireless. Returned to store to be told 2 days past return date. Was told it worked but they didn't print in store. Unhappy.

    Don't know what happened but the printer just wouldn't work well. We even called in a tech guy to look at it and his opinion was that we bought a lemon and should take it back. HP's wireless system does not seem to work well. This is the 2nd HP printer that has given us fits lately.

    It's HP. so the printer works fine. It seems to lose its WiFi connection if it is not used for a day or two. Setup Instructions are meager. It's not very clear how to establish even a basic usage, but after the pain of learning, it mostly works just fine. the previous generation (127) was a better product and never lost WiFi connection. Certainly nne of the negatives were occasioned by Best Buy. I ordered it online and it was promptly delivered.
