Hello there,
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has failed to maintain a reliable wireless connection and proper quality of prints. Your review is brief, but your frustration is clear – and wholly understandable – so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
First, I recommend visiting a page on our support site with diagnostic tools for various problems, including wireless connectivity issues. Visit that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
Second of all, when it comes to print quality issues we prepared documentation that could help: - Print Quality issues: support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m148-m149-series/21996897/model/21996903/document/c06141678
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
Last of all, If all of the above fails, we would be more than happy to help so please feel free to contact us through: support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

I had this printer for 32 days before the print quality started smearing. I returned this and purchased a canon MF445 dw and wow what a difference.

Hi there,
I'm so sorry that you've not been able to set up the printer or find the manual online. We always aim for a really easy and straightforward printing experience, so I hope you'll allow us an opportunity to stand by that going forward. In the meantime, let's see how I can help.
To start, I have a few tips for you regarding setting up the printer. First, I recommend completing a network restore to refresh all your printer's network settings. Then, you can use the HP Smart app to set up the printer wirelessly on a mobile device. Alternatively, you can use one of these methods: - Visit 123.hp.com/laserjet to download and run the HP Easy Start setup software - Visit support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/21996903 to download and install your printer's software and full driver package
For any documentation you might need during or after setup, you can check out these links: - User Guide: hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06165778.pdf - Getting Started Guide: hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06167018.pdf

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear that you had some printing quality issues. This is far from the positive and reliable experience we want to guarantee our customers. I can certainly understand how disappointing this must have been.
I would recommend looking at the following document that offers you steps you can undertake when your print quality with this printer is poorer than it should be: - Improve Printing Quality: support.hp.com/document/c06141678
Additionally, it helps to improve the printing quality if you download and run our Print-Scan-Doctor programme, you can find it here: support.hp.com/topic/printscandoctor
If the issue is not resolved with this, I would recommend contacting our customer support. We are always here for you and would love to help you resolve this problem. You can always reach us via your preferred contact method here: hp.com/contactHP

Just got it but I'm impressed with the hardware. HP's product line is confusing though. It makes several AIO lasers in this price range, and their differences aren't clear. I first bought an M130 for the same price only to discover it wasn't wireless although some M130 models are. Anyway, the M1130 line is smaller (and less rugged-looking) and this indeed looks more like a professional printer. For example, the paper tray is concealed within the printer and there is a second, priority paper tray. Setup was a snap once I did as the printer instructed and pressed the reset button on my router. I kept thinking "that can't be right." It's a bit noisy for a home and, like my new "high-efficiency" washing machine, emits several frightful sounds in the process of printing,. But it prints and prints fast and scans, and that is what an AIO is supposed to do.
