The reason I gave it four stars is that if you haven't used the printer in a while when you do so send something to print it seems that it needs to wake up first then print. Other than that the pages come out quickly.

I replaced a Samsung Color AIO Laser printer. Always had problems keeping it on the Network. This one works great. Never a communications problem. Dual sided printing automatically. Always works.

Great printer. Very happy with this purchase. Ink never clumps up. Print quality is good for documents, not sure about photos. Sometimes gets out of sync with the wifi.

It’s a good printer but sometimes turns on and off on its own which I observed in several other printers I owned previously. Overall, it’s a good printer but a little pricy though.

Replaced two old printers (one Black and White Laser and one Color inkjet MFP) with this one. Much more cost effective and faster color printing. Exactly what I needed. Great scanner/Fax and Copier also.

I really like this printer. It prints one or two sided. It is easy to load and very easy to change toner. Toner cartridges are a little pricey, but they last a long time.

I'm a office manager of a small business that I operate out of my home. It does a great job of of printing all my paperwork. Love it can do front and back so easy.

I got this during the Black Friday in July sale, so I paid far under the retail value. I will say, that even at the full value, it is still an excellent product! Fast and vivid prints!

This color printer is more than dynamic enough for all your home or business needs. Color is sharp and crisp. Set up was easy and works with multiple devices. WiFi, no cords other than for power. Love it!!

Nice printer, great build and print quality. Fast printing and scanning for the price. I bought this for heavy scanning, unfortunately the specs are wrong on the Best Buy website. It does NOT have a duplexer on the scanner despite what the specs say.

It was a bit expensive, but good on sale. It works well and I prefer HP now over Brother, as Brother's software is buggy and bad. HP seems to work well for my multiple clients.

Was fairly easy to setup and get into my network... I choose to hardwire to router and all devices are communicating perfectly via wirelessly... very happy with print quality so far

Love the speed and the quality of color and clarity of the print. The only thing is having to to open the HP smart app to get it to work.

great quality laser printer. B/W prints excellent, but color is OK. I purchased this for my home use, where I do very little printing a year so I went with a laser printer, because the ink jets always dried out.

Installation was quick and foolproof- worked great from the start. Be aware - the cartridges that come with the printer are very small capacity- had to replace them in the first week!

Great printer for home based real estate business. Original set up is an hour at the most. Scanning to email is super easy and convenient. Print quality is great, even for photos on plain paper.

My first laser printer. Very easy to set up. Installation disc automatically went online and updated everything. Everything’s smooth so far. Would recommend this purchase

After a few issues with the network settings this printer has been great. The printed pages are very nice and professional
