Easy to set up and start working right away. I haven't taken the time to set up all features, but printer is working well for what I need right now and I am pleased with the copy quality and speed.

Purchased this for small business use. It has not disappointed so far. Prints and copies fast. Have not used the fax feature yet. Also unit is very quite and nice looking. Works better than the Canon I had to return

We use this for our raveling tour. The only downside to it is that it is heavy. We pack and unpack every week. Other than that it’s amazing. Prints great and fast.

we had our HP inkjet printer for over 12years. It refused to break. When we saw this on sale, We researched the cost of replacement toner first. Some models are cheap but you may end up paying for the unit all over again every time you replace the toner. This unit has reasonalbe replacement cost for toner and is reasonable. Printed color photos on glossy paper and the detail was good but the color looked a little saturated. After some color adjustment on my photo program, Printed frame worthy photographs.

Easy set up! Good quality product. Excellent for people who do not print often. Previously had ink jet with problems of print heads drying up.

Haven't had toner get low yet so we'll see how that goes but so far I'm glad I switched from inkjets. Easy to set up and use, and good quality prints.

This is an entry-level multi-function color laser printer. It is low-cost and economical to run. It is not blazing fast, so if you need more than the occasional print or scan, you may want to consider stepping up. Otherwise, the printer does everything it is supposed to with an attractive purchase price. Does not scan well to a Mac - I suspect it is using an older version of SMB and does not play nice with Mac for sending to a shared folder. But, in spite of all that, it is a great printer for low-volume work.

The printer is very easy to install and can be placed at any location. The interface is very friendly and easy to use. Printing speed and quality are both very good.
