Followed directions and went to internet and cd provided. Never hooked to my wireless, very disappointed. Returned for full refund and got another at Staples that works perfect!!

I needed a small laser printer that I could set on the corner of my desk and was reliable and fast. This printer is it. Very easy to setup, you set it up with the software provided. One of the reviews said that they didn't like it because it would go to sleep and then power off and you had to power it back on manually to print again, this is true but you can turn off this function or change you sleep mode times in the software. I would recommend this printer to anyone needing a small laser printer with fast speeds and great quality.

Had a earlier model of this printer. It was a great, very reliable printer. Upgraded to this one for the wireless print ability that my old printer did not have. This printer was easy to setup and ready to use in no time. Has been an awesome printer. If you need a black and white printer I recommend this one highly.

Price was great. Prints come nice. Like that it is toner printer and will not have to buy ink every 50 pages. Not huge, so can fit on desk if you want. Linked to the wireless router no problems. Just plugged into the computer and the software downloaded itself.

This printer is a great value. Printing is fast and quiet and after market cartridges are readily available. Setup was fast and super easy, and it only took about 5 minutes for the printer to locate my network and for me to find it and link up to it. Now I can print from anywhere in the house, with my laptop, tablet, or desktop. Great printer. Plus it's a Hewlett-Packard, which are well made and high quality.

I was tired of replacing dried ink(jet) cartridges. This (laser) printer does not have any problems. It prints immediately (no warm up time). Set up was a breeze. the old inkjet would take three minutes to warm up. It prints clean crisp copies, fast. Best printer I have owned. It has never jammed or errored out.

The HP LaserJet Pro P1102w is a very simple black & white laser print. Not too many fancy features. The Wi-Fi connectivity is nice and the embedded web page helps with some of the connectivity stuff. The ePrint feature is also pretty cool - this lets you assign an email address to the printer so you can pretty much print from/to anywhere. The Wi-Fi does tend to get lost sometimes for me - might be a local network thing but usually just a reboot works fine. I found it best to tell the router to assign the same IP to the printer every time it gets an IP - this seems to help a little bit. Along with ePrint, it has some feature that lets marketers print coupons to your machine. I haven't tried this out but if you're into this kind of thing, the service might interest you. Finding the right drivers for the printer can be confusing. Windows and Windows Update never seemed to have them, so I either downloaded them from the HP Support Site or used the embedded web page to do the setup.

My advise is- do not rush the connection like you know how it works . If you take your time and follow the directions in the sequence they require ANYONE can make it work . It is a great printer and has good range , I can print from any room in the house , my daughter and husband also can use it with there computers , have even had a friend bring her lap top over and after sinking her lap top with the printer she was able to print her needed papers .. I would recommend HP - LaserJet Pro P1102w Wireless Black-and-White Printer to anyone who needs a good printer at a reasonable price that prints a good quality print with a quick response .

Got this for my father in law since he is retired and all he uses a printer for is to print letters he writes and I few other things. For years he has had all in ones and was fed up cause he prints so little and rarely in color that his ink would dry up and printer wouldn't work. I got this and he loves it it uses toner not ink and it has yet to dry up like his ink would need to be replaced ever couple months. It also prints super fast just warning the pages come out upside down it printed so fast with it coming out upside down we thought it wa just shooting out blank pages but it wasn't. Prints quick quiet and uses toner which will last longer then a ink cartridge it is awesome I am thinking about getting one for myself now. If you only print black and write or if you print a lot of forms or documents this is the way to go. I'll be buying one for myself just to print standard documents and save my inkjet to print pictures.

So I bought this for my hubby's office and he prints a lot everyday. This printer gets the job done but the reason I gave it four stars was because the toner runs out fast! So I would recommend using this for a home office rather than a business. The toner is pricey @ $60 per toner! The printer itself is compact, so if you have limited space, this is perfect. I can't complain about the price though, I think it's a good bargain if your looking to print fast but not often

Bought this printer for my 88 yr old mother who has never used a computer. With the HP ePrint capability, my siblings are able to send her email messages that are automatically printed for her. She daily looks forward to getting these emails that often have pictures attached. It's easy to set up, has a small footprint, relatively quiet, makes very good prints, and toner cartridges are inexpensive on eBay & make hundreds of copies.

I was looking for a small laser printer. I wanted a color one but after some some research I decided that a b&w would work better for me. It's small in size so it fit in the spot I needed it for, prints quick enough, has energy save mode. When it's in save mode and you need to print it doesn't take long for it to warm up and print. However I have an older desktop that does not have wifi built in and I didn't want to have to go out and buy the wifi, so I had to have my cousin help me and figure out the loop hole to get it to work... But other than that it works perfect for what I need it for .

The printer is small and it was easy to install, both on a Win 7 machine and on a Mac. I switch it back and forth when I need to with no problems. It works very well. It warms up and prints the first copy very quickly. I was disappointed when I realized what the replacement toner cartridges cost. The cartridge contains the imaging drum and toner so you replace both every time. The toner cartridges for some other brands contain only the toner and cost about half as much. The image drum lasts much longer than the approx 1500 copies you get from a cartridge but it gets discarded. Since I only print 100 to 200 pages a month I can live with this printer. Otherwise I would have returned it. The high toner cost is why I gave it 4 Stars.

This is a great buy for a small printer. Easy to install and works good for home use and is wireless and can connect to to other devices.

This small footprint laser printer is a really a good wireless black and white printer- works great and does not cost much!

easy to set-up prints quickly & legible ,great printer for a great price

Wanted a fully wireless printer that I could use from my MacBook or Android phone, small enough to sit on a shelf, that could easily be used on occasion since I don't print often. Took a little doing to get set up (instructions were only adequate - might have been tough for a newbie) but once setup, it's perfect. Exactly what I needed and a great price.

This is a great printer for every day printing & school, which is why I bought it. I'm not sure how well it would hold up as a heavy volume printer. It's perfect for small dorm rooms & apartments where space is at a premium. Best of all I got it at a great price.

Whenever I need a printer for a new employee this is my go to option. Very easy to setup and maintain without a lot of bells and whistles (that usually cause me more headaches). Prints documents quickly and the toner will last you so much longer than those worthless inkjet cartridges. Wireless setup is quick and easy on a standard wireless network.

Printer was easy to install over the wireless network. Prints fast and seems reliable!
