    Nice printer, but the HP Smart application they force you to use is a real pain. I hate it. NOTE: Remember to close the paper door really well or else it will give you an error message you'll never figure out.

    Cool benefits like the 2 years ink. Printer jammer continuously, set up was a horror, HP tech services was useless, only saving grace was the best buy customer service and replacement . warranty. Print quality was good when it printed. Value would have been excellent had the printer worked.

    I got the Hp-LaserJet Tank 2604sdw all in one printer on sale for $199, so I was real happy (especially with the cheap toner refills). Wow, this printer is complete garbage for sure. I set it up on my Windows 10 laptop wirelessly and then would get an Error Code 79 after printing anything (all the buttons flash nonstop). You have to unplug the printer and plug it back it in each time to get it to stop. So I connected it with USB cable and the same thing happened. I called HP Support and they were useless. Calling and chatting with the Geek Squad (I had bought the protection plan) was useless also as no one had a clue how to fix it. When I googled the error, some HP people say to update the printer firmware and so I did and it did not work. I returned this piece of garbage as life is too short to deal with errors that HP has no idea how to fix. I will never buy an HP product again after their terrible technical support.

    This HP printer is great and a one to two person environment when shared on a work network. The official toner is cheap and easy to refill. My only aggravation is how they handle installation of the device drivers. They want you to use their set up tool, when I would much rather manually set up the device.
