Very satisfied.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice printer. I like the injectable toner facility the best. It's wireless and though it took me some time to setup the WiFi. It's been working quite well. One thinh to note is that it only produces one sided prints. It can take a scan as well. Print quality is good. Absolutely no problem. Highly recommend this for a home or home office environment. Esp if you want to be able to print from multiple devices wireless makes a lot of sense.

Amazing printer with the lowest cost to refill
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so far, LOVE this printer, fast and reliable. here's the cons I don't like but this is just hp in general, its a wireless printer that goes to sleep. if you have Apple products (iMac, iPhone, iPad,..) you have to manually wake it up by walking over to the printer and either hitting the power button or turn off and on the wireless function before printing. My work around for this, I have it plugged into my iMac and I use everything cloud based,... so if I edit a paper or document on my MacBook Pro, I save it and access it on my iMac to print it,.. so "wireless" isn't for me on this printer I guess. but if you have "PC/Windows" it works flawless, in deep sleep itll wake right up for you and print fast, and lets not forget about the $15 refill!!! sure a little over $300 for the printer is steep,.. but it beats buying a $70 printer a couples times a year from them being so cheap.

instant print
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to augment a color inkjet printer The inkjet would dry up which required a cleaning cycle prior to every use. That uses a lot of ink and delayed the print jobs. I don't need color for 95% of my print jobs so this fast laser printer fills the bill for me. Instant print jobs with fast execution. Love it. Highly recommend.

Very good overall, but a bit overpriced
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could definitely rate this printer higher if it printed on two sides, was less expensive, and less noisy. Also the menu display doesn't light up making it more difficult to read. However, I really like the compact size, good looks, and forever toner feature.

Excellent printer with low ink cost
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup. Print speed is excellent. Only complaint is the paper tray is not removeable. It works well with the HP smart app and should save me a lot on money in ink in the long run. Only complaint is the paper tray. It's a bit awkward removing the cover to add paper. Would have been much easier with a removable tray.

1st Laser after 5 inkjets in the past 30 years
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Met all expectations: Quick and easy setup, Fast printing as a laser should, easy-to-read toner level, appears to be easy-to-refill toner, and GOODBYE to ink cartridges. Should have bought a laser a long time ago.

Expensive to Purchase, Inexpensive to own.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The print quality is professional grade. It’s the least expensive to own printer I’ve ever had. It’s easy to setup and works consistently well. It’s expensive to purchase, but the toner is inexpensive compared to others.

Great laser printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up. Easy to load paper. Prints multiple pages quickly. I like that I can use it wirelessly. The only feature that I would like that it does not have is to be able to have a automatic feeder to print or scan multiple pages.

Worth every penny
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed an easy to install and use but reliable printer for my work and was perfect. The printer is not too small but not too big. Fit perfectly in one of my shelves. Quality printing is good for what I need and also I really like the idea and concept of the refillable ink.

Work from home - good enough for small tasks
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to purchase in a hurry due to Stay-at-home order requiring me to work from home. Great product. Easy and quick set-up. A bit disappointed in print speed but I am used to a little Lexmark workhorse at the office. Also disappointed in scan ability for rhe price. A top feed scanner would be nicer. I totally missed this detail when ordering, that is my fault. Scanning one page at a time is a total drag. Nice printer, but I feel like this is over priced for the capabilities. I purchased online from local Best Buy store and one of the main reasons I did, it was available and ready for next day shipment. (No warnings about delays) I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, I was at home with COVID which is why I chose delivery to begin with. and I am soooo far from being a "Karen" type person. You can imagine my frustration when I received an email the following morning (the day of expected arrival) stating arrival had been pushed back to the following week, 7 days later from expectation. I was unable to change delivery option to "pick-up" and was unable to get anyone at Best Buy to change the status either. That did not make for a pleasant morning. Especially when I was told that I couldn't just come get it instead. It had a label on it and was sitting waiting for the shipping carrier to come get it. Apparently there is policy that once the box goes to the holding area awaiting carrier pick-up, no one can make any changes to order. Like literally, no one in store could walk to the holding area, rip the label off and bring it up front to await my pick-up. No one in corporate could change order status and direct store employee to remove from holding area. Between my calls to the store and corporate who were telling me different things (box was in holding area, no box was with carrier, no box is in holding area), the only option I had at that point was to order an additional printer for same-day pick-up and return the one being shipped. Not cool either. In the end, the person in corporate I spoke with was very helpful, she kept working to get an answer for me. The best answer she could get was that it would only be a day or two to ship, not 7 days. Which I could live with. Best Buy ended up coming through! To my surprise, they delivered the printer as ordered and I was able to get working again. But not until I spent 3 hours of phone calls trying to get resolve. What a waste of time!

Great multi-function black and white laser printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scanning and black and white laser printing were priority for us as we will use it for homeschool printing and this does the trick. Pros -Scanner works well -Prints from IPhone easily -Copying option helps for homeschooling -Simple printing that gets the job done Cons -Directions are mostly online and not intuitive to use -Icons on printer are not intuitive so there are some options I have yet to figure out -Price is a little more than I would have expected for no color printing

HP - Neverstop MFP 1202w Laser Printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have been using this laser printer for about a month. I have no complaint about the quality of print. It is both quiet and fast. My only regret is that it is not capable of duplex printing. But I knew that before I purchased it. I bought an extra toner cartridge, but it looks like it will be a long time before I need it even though I do a lot of printing.

It works, mostly
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a printer for a consulting job, and the cost of printing per page was appealing. Don't need color, so got this. Setup was very aggravating, as the box instructions are basically a single-fold set of pictures. Text setup directions are next to nonexistent. I didn't get the front paper attachment box fully latched in and spent an entire night arguing with it. Getting help from HP is next to impossible, too, so the setup was just very time consuming and aggravating, but in the end it was something I had missed and it did work after I took it apart and put it back together. Works nicely for my PC, but the Chrome app says it won't connect unless I can connect to a slower network, so my personal Chromebook won't work with it. That minor irritation aside, it does print wirelessly from the PC well and the scanner is very intuitive and simple to use. I've tried to connect a computer to it directly using the included cable, but it's like it doesn't sense the computer's presence.

Fast printer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent black and white printer/scanner. The wireless feature is a plus for me bc it allows me to connect to my laptop and or any computer in the house as well as my cellphone. Love that I can easily print things off my phone. My first laser printer ever and it doesn't dissappoint. Prints fast major upgrade from my inkjet. Well worth the money. It's also very sleek looking of a design.

Best laser printer!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Ave this printer now for about 2 months and I love it. The only issue with with Mac, that you have to download the app for the Mac pc for it to work proper but with any other device it works perfect. Toner lasts a very long time and it’s perfect for office or home use if you don’t require color. It’s small and compact compared to others. It also can scan and copy right from the device. Worth every penny, since usually, printers are cheap and they get you on the ink every time. Not this device!
