Faulty battery!?! Non-functioning NEW printer!

I used it twice on my travels by car in July. I kept it in the box it came in when on the road to protect it. But then it would NOT work the third time I tried to print, or do anything with it, on August 10, 2024, barely one month later!! The screen showed an error message saying "The battery is faulty and must be replaced." I was NOT a happy camper about this inconvenience while on the road!

Bad printer

I’m having multiple problems connecting to the internet and just two months after purchase the battery is defective. HP chat line keeps dropping my requests for help. All in all. I’d say this has been the WORST TECH PURCHASE EVER!!!!!
