The only issue so far with this printer is that you need to reinsert the pages to print on both sides. It’s not automatic. Everything else seems to work well. The color is crisp. The timing is a little long sometimes, but acceptable.

Efficient wifi printer with a great price, would recommend to everyone

I am still learning the capabilities of this printer and have been satisfied so far. I'm a senior citizen and not very tech savy but been able to do all the necessary task that I need to do. Haven't had time to sit down and figure out how to set up the fax yet.

Got it on sale turned out to be the best printer I’ve had to date. It’s small and portable yet powerful enough to keep up with my busy day to day printing documents for my work and school and also my children’s school work for their projects

Got this printer for a work event. It got all my basic printing needs done.

This printer works really well and I love being able to print wirelessly. The scanner works really well and is easy to use with the document feeder. Perfect for a very small business.

The specifications listed about this printer are INCORRECT. It does not automatically print double sided, you have to take each sheet and flip it over and reinsert it manually. It does NOT automatically make duplex copies either. You have to flip the two-sided page you want to copy and reinsert it into the automatic document feeder... then you have to flip over and reinsert the printed page as well. AND it doesn't come with 3 color cartridges as listed. I'm shocked that Best Buy has made such errors when listing crucial information about their product!

I purchase this printer for my son. The printed tells you the steps to follow & you can print copies with no problem & made copies. The color is good & it prints fast. I got the instant ink card. The ink card saves lots of time and money.The printer was on sale which made it an even better buy.

It was so easy to setup and it works great for printing checks

My old printer decided to stop working so I was forced to purchase a new one. I have not had any connection issues with this printer and the ink goes a long way. (I have only had to replace it one time the last four months). This is a highly reliable printer and I would buy it again if I had to.

I got this printer to go with my new laptop and I have to say that I am glad that I did. It was easy to pair it with my Toshiba laptop and was done very quickly. I love that HP offers the instant ink program so I don't have to worry about ever running out of ink.

Easy to install, needed to purchase cable, it works great, fast printing, I keep it fully loaded with paper, I can print from phone, tablet easily, get home and everything I printed is waiting for me. Have done some double sided brochures, looks great!

I bought it about a month ago. It's good prints fairly clear and the Wi-Fi thing and the hp account and print through email features are good. The speed is slow though. If you are a print frequently with a desire to do t quickly. I recommend that you invest more and buy a LaserJet.

This is a great printer for daily home use. It can be quite slow when copying, so it is not ideal if you have a lot of multi-sheet copying to do. The USB connection is not a "traditional" USB port, and the printer does not come with the USB cord, so be prepared to buy a cheap separate cord if you need to ever do wired printing, not on WiFi. I only mention this because I have learned the hard way that Chromebooks and Macbooks will not send pictures to the printer in a very high resolution and I thought I could just plug in my USB drive instead, but that is not the case. Overall still a really good printer, though, especially for the price.

Overall this is a great wireless printer. Do have issues time to time with it not printing correctly and it does jam more than I would like. Prints well though when it does work and doesn’t burn through ink too bad.

This printer was very inexpensive and works great. One of the biggest benefits to me is it has a sheet feeder, so scanning and copying is so much easier than with a flatbed printer/scanner. I purchased the HP auto ink refill service, so I never run out of ink. Highly recommend this printer.

It does have to be on a sturdy base because it shakes if not. Shakes a lot. I actually had to move it 2 times before I found something sturdy enough. I do a lot of printing . The quality is good. I would defiantly buy it again.

This is my second HP. I had the first one for over eight years, no problems at all with it until the very end. I'm hoping this one lasts as long. It's different, it has a touch screen, which I'm getting use to. Pretty easy to set up.

Only had the HP OfficeJet 3830 printer for a short time but most experience that I have had with the printer is faxing and that process went very good I faxed 15 pages and the machine didn’t freeze up at all so for now I am very satisfied.
