This printer is just what I needed. The salesperson was great.

We got this to replace the 8100 OfficeJet Pro and this is very comparable for a much better price. Mind it has been 6 yrs we had that, but you’ll definitely be happy with it. Especially, if you get it for the sale price.

This printer is great for students and those who work from home, it also came with ink so I didn't have to make an additional purchase. Perfect size for my medium work stand. I recommend this printer to all that want that mid size but powerful wireless printer.

Theo printer works very well for our home. It was easy to set up and prints wirelessly. You can even email a document to it from another location and it will print it. Perfect for our needs. The scanner works perfectly, we’ve been using it a lot.

I went to Best Buy just to see what they had on sale since I had gift certificates to use. I was happy to find this printer on sale. With my gift certificates I paid under $40. I have the 7640 model, so I thought this would be great for my daughter for college.

My only hang up was inserting the ink cartridges. Once I figured that out set up was easy. Nice printer and was aligned right out of the box so started printing as soon as the few programming steps were completed.

Was a bit hesitant when I opened the box to find it really doesn't weigh that much and felt "cheap". I have to say my assumptions were wrong, once I got it set up and printing, it's quick and prints beautifully.

Easy to hook up and pair with my Mac. Has worked every time I've needed it so far. I did get the 4 year warranty as I've had some pretty crappy luck with printers in this price range before, so want to be ready.

Yes their are printers of better quality but this one gets the job done at a wonderful price! Also it is very easy to set up I usually hate setting up printers but this one had a great process.

Love it. Use it for my home base business. You never run out of ink. Deliver right to your door.

This printer was easy to set up and I have had no problems so far (two months). The scanner is also easy to use. I also went with the ink replacement program which seems to be working well. No more driving to BestBuy as the replacement cartridges are mailed to me directly.

This all-in-one was up and running in about 4 minutes, and I was able to accomplish all of the task that I purchased the unit for. I've only used it three times, and I have not experienced any problems.

A plug and play beauty. This replaced a bottom of the line HP printer that cost less than it’s ink. While not a huge step up, I plugged it in and it just worked. In multiple OS’s. I can print again and it even takes my on hand ink. Win/win.

I like this fine and I am keeping it, but I had two problems with it and it seems like a lot of people do. 1. The thing will not wake up. It goes into sleep mode and I push buttons and do everything I can to wake it up and I have to unplug and replug. Well, it turns out according to online search that you have to set up the IP to be static and not DHCP - like that is super easy. But, it does wake up now that I changed it to static IP. And of course kicked it twice. 2. It constantly loses connection to the scan program. It seems to work fine, but probably 5-7 times a day I get a little popup that it lost the scanner and then gone. I had to silence the messages, because I don't care.

It works well for home use, but had to reinstall printer software twice!

Good value for the price. It does everything I need it to when I need it done. We use it very minimally right now as far as printing/copying goes but use it almost daily for scanning purposes.

Lots of features for a low price. Would recommend.

I like all the aspects of this all-in-one unit. Scans and prints well. The touchpad is a great help. Wireless printing is flawless and a great add-on. The instructions are a little vague in places.
