I bought this to replaced my old Canon Pixma, and have been pleased with the results so far. Set-up was a cinch, and it's automated software actually work to my advantage more than my old printer did.

I love this printer. The innovation is great. I really like the ability to print from my phone. Also with Wi-Fi connected email, a print job can literally be sent from anywhere. Also the printer is a great value for the price.

I needed a printer that would work with my Chromebook and this printer works great.

I bought this printer on sale as my original printer had reached its life expectancy. it was so simple and easy. So far so good, no negatives to say about this product as I just needed it basically to scan and print.

This is my second printer of this model. My first one suddenly refused to feed paper without crumpling it on one edge. Good thing I had purchased a two year replacement plan, as Best Buy replaced my first one at one and one half year without any fuss. Great service! And I was able to get a new 5 year service replacement plan for just over seven bucks. That is a no brainer! Thanks, BB! As for the printer, it worked very well for a year and a half. Does all of the standard functions (wireless printing, copying, faxing) very well. Print quality was fine, ink usage reasonable. I was very satisfied with the printer and expect the second one to work every bit as well.

Before I purchased I saw a couple of bad reviews but I still went and bought it because it had everything I needed. Great fax machine, copy , scanner, and I get to print my pictures at home now. For the price I paid it was even better so happy!!

Good printing quality for the price. Nice compact design. It’s a little slow so it’s not really good for business use. Also print is not so sharp but does the job. Not good if you are looking for a crisp high quality product.

I have always owned HP products. this printer was reasonably priced and had all the features I needed, so I added this printer to the list of HP products I have owned.

The output quality is pretty good. It is easy to change ink cartridges. The visual appeal is nice. But as with many low-cost printers, this one gets a bit rickety within a year or so. When I use labels, the feeder doesn't pick them up until partway through the printing cycle, so unless I push the sheets downward, I will lose about 1.5" off the printed area. This is a bummer. The software includes a maintenance feature that scans and looks for any problems with printing then automatically fixes them. This is very useful and convenient; no more looking online to find the solutions to my simple printing problems.

It isn't the 1 I really wanted but it works awesome, the other 1 is still out of stock and I need a printer so my niece said it was a good one so bought it the other was a prettyer color but was still an HP

It’s a great printer it’s not heavy it’s really light great size and my part that I love her it’s about the ink I don’t want to be buying it at the store and It costs a lotit’s and with this printer it’s so cheap It’s awesome i loved !!

This printer works great for our needs. We occasionally print wirelessly from the computer or tablet and sometimes we use it to make a copy. I haven’t priced replacement ink yet so I don’t know how expensive the ink is for this printer .

Very nice full package printer, best option is the automatic ink shipment option

The office jet 3830 is easy to set up and use, even for a techno-challenged guy like me. The first one lasted a couple weeks, then developed a fatal software glitch, but Best Buy replaced it. This one, so far, is doing a great job.

It’s a decent printer. The LCD interface it’s easy to use and the hardware is decent. Installation it’s easy and the drivers are well written. Eats a little more ink than it should

I love this printer, I really like how I can print from my phone and I don't have to be even next to the computer to do it. I also love not having to have my laptop connected to the printer in order to print. I don't even have to be next to the printer to have it print

I love this printer. I hated having to transfer documents to my laptop and taking it to the printer just to get 1 page. I couldn't set that one on my network but this printer is amazing

We had to replace our printer due to damage. This one was very affordable, the set up was simple, and it’s been a gem ever since. Printing is fast, and the quality is clear. Finally, it’s not too bulky.
