Old printer stopped working, did some research online and came across this one. Wireless printing makes things easy and the HP ink cartridge refill program is a nice little feature.

This printer is goood! I got this printer just to do basic things from home, but when I hooked it up I found many more uses for it than I ever realized and I got a fabulous deal!

The Jet printer is very fast when printing just as the name implies. The ink color is fantastic as I still have my printer and I order my ink colors online for cheaper price

It’s easy to use the only complaint is when setting up it auto-setup WiFi and their program setup WiFi also. I had to go in manually to fix the issue so I could print wirelessly

I had a printer that bit the dust. I asked for a recomendation from my son. He suggested HP so I purchased it. It seems to print a lot better than the old one. I like it very much.

I picked up this printer for $59 and change. Not long after, it dropped to $39 and change. I took my receipt to customer service where the genius/flippant customer service representative said he could give me the lower price if I bring in the printer and the receipt. So for clarification I asked him if he wanted me to disconnect my connected printer, box it up and bring the printer in, sit on the counter, he give me the cheaper price, I then pick up that same printer and leave the store with it. He said yes. So ridiculous, I've no idea how they would handle a complicated situation....Anyway, It replaced an HP all in one printer that cost me almost $100 to replace the ink when it was needed. The ink with this printer is a little less than half of that if I'm not mistaken. My old printer did have an option that I'm sure I will miss not having it on this new, cheaper printer. It had a panel up front where I could slide in a USB thumb drive, SD card, Etc I could scan to these devices or print from these devices. I'm guessing I can do that with this new printer it will just have to be done through a computer first. The big problem I'm having with this printer is that it will not print in color. It has never printed one thing in color since I've owned it although I have tried multiple setting changes, watching YouTube videos, Etc. The color ink cartridge is properly installed and is actually filled to the brim as it has never been used after installation. Fortunately I have not had an important document to print requiring color. I'm sure I will run into that eventually. It very much bugs me knowing that I could not use this basically new printer to print anything requiring color rendering it useless in that situation.

good wireless printer for the office. I would not use it. If you are planning on printing a lot of paper. However, it is reasonable to use for occasional printing

This printer has very decent price and all the functions you need including wireless connection to any device. Easy and straight on screen instruction to guide you setup everything quickly.

I really needed a printer at home for work and this officejet was perfect. I can print from my phone anytime!! Love that! Since most documents I need to print are sent via email.

It works fine. I will recommend it. I dont print much but the library has been closed since due to the pandemic. All the features work as it should.

Found this on sale 1/2 price. Has all the features I need. Very simple to use. Love the plan to keep me supplied with ink. I like it better than the Epson and canon printers I had previously.

what is there not to love about a printer that you can print when you are sitting out on your front porch and the printer is back in the family room???

I love this printer. It’s great for the price and set up is very easy and fast. I have purchased this printer as a gift for family as well as for myself and it has worked as promised every time.

Very user friendly, directions were great! Love using the hp app and the printer works excellent! Best buy always comes through for me. Fantastic buy!

Just what I needed for my second office. Quick set up.

Prints well so far, a little slow, have not had a chance to use the fax or print features. So far I like the printing. prints pictures well
