Works great right out of the box, no problems setting it up. Wish it had come with an install CD.

I bought this printer due to its WIFI capability. It works very well. I was so pleased with it that I bought a second one for my mom. Bonus: you are supposed to be able to send a print command to it from any phone or computer (not just those devices that are on your network), although I have not gotten that feature to work yet.

This printer does exactly what we needed it to. Ink seems to be lasting well. print quality is very good.

A little long of a process to set up, but overall great printer and easy to use.

This printer has been a real work horse for me and I like the fact that the ink is sent automatically to me. The only bad part is I lost a driver and had to call HP support. This service needs alot of help. On hold for over an hour and then I get disconnected and they dont call you back even though they said they would. My suggestion is when you do get a hold of someone just act like your real mad and tell them youve been disconnected before.

Works great and prints fast and clean. Absolutely love printing wireless from my phone and computer!!!Makes it so easy!

I've used all but the fax feature and am happy with my new printer. Easy to set up.

Just needed a printer for home, nothing fancy. This is more than adequate for my needs and the price was reasonable.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. The price was great. Installation was easy.

The only complaint I have has to do with the touch screen. You have to touch "black" or "color" to initiate the copy function and it is way to close to the number of how many copies you want. 1 is directly next to 50 (it's like a dial so 2 is to the right and 50 is to the left) and I am always unknowingly changing the dial from 1 to 50 when I select my black and white preference. Since there is no double check verification before it submits there is no way to go back and change the count before it starts. I always catch it when a second copy starts going and I have to cancel the job to prevent any more from coming out. Since I have a subscription for instantink it matters how many pages I print a month. A canceled job still counts as a page so I've wasted quite a bit of sheets on canceled jobs. I wish the tiny little touch screen was more user friendly. I do not usually have "fat fingers" with any other device, just this one. I better not start a job and walk away or I might come back to find 50 copies of something.
