When it works (rarely), it's great

Sometimes it randomly starts up later (like an hour later!), usually you have to clear the queue and try again. This is for small jobs (even one page). The HP Instant Ink never worked and after four attempts with HP Instant Ink Customer Service (where I was hung up on twice, and then finally told they had no idea what was wrong but would work on it) we just went to the store and bought regular ink. If I replace a cartridge, it often disconnects from the connected devices and I have to go through setting it up all over again. A complete lemon. Two stars because the printed page is good quality, when it prints.

I'm tremendously sorry that the printer has been posing these troubles with Instant Ink and connectivity. This is not at all the reliable experience we intended on providing you with, so I really regret that we fell short here. With that said, I'd really like to make things right.
As I don't have quite enough information to identify the issue at hand, what I hope you'll consider is reaching out to our general HP Support team. They would be more than happy to explore some solutions with you, so please don't hesitate to contact them. You can give them a call at +1 800-474-6836 between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm ET. To expedite the process, you can gather these beforehand:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Your case number (from prior contact with support)
On a related note, I'd like to mention that HP printers also have a 1-year warranty from their purchase date, so if you find you need to use it, I hope you will. To verify the warranty, you can use the following link: support.hp.com/checkwarranty
