    always an issue with set up..There are 2 choices, one on the machine and the 2nd using the download on the computer. neither was simple especially setting up the fax, but eventually it worked. The wi fi seems to work well. Scanning is okay but slow. Copies and printing quality is quite good. this is not a machine for volume users but for home use, it works well.
