My HP6878 went down, checked the Best Buy Reviews and decided on this model which is doing a Great Job with faxes, Clean Printing and Scan. Doesn't hold as much paper as my former printer but no issue. Be sure to purchase Geek Squad 2 year protection plan, any issues in the time period and they replace with the same model or you can move up to another unit as appropriate. HP Ink Program is a must. Have used that for several years and Very Satisfied, automatic shipments so you don't run out. Thanks!

I bought this to use for working from home and have been very pleased. The scanning is easy and it printers at a good speed.

My husband has to work from home now because of the virus and this printer has kept right up with him. Not expensive either.

Over the years I have a dozen HP OFFICEJET Printers..We had issues reloading drivers , reconnecting to the WiFi and printers showing off line. With 3 locations and both Mac and Windows it was not uncommon to have to reset something every once in a while. NOT ANY MORE! Very easy to set up, prints quickly, always connects to all mobile devices. So happy I went out and bought another one to update a second location!

I have printer photos and plain pages with this printer with no issues. It actually prints on both sides of a page without you dinking around with the paper. I didn't see that feature in the best buy specs or on the printer box. Of course it might have been there, but I didn't see it. I stewed over that decision because i really wanted that feature, but I needed a cheap printer. Quality is good...make sure you have the correct printer drivers. The windows default drivers don't work very well. Definitely recommend for this price point

I love this printer. After my old HP printer stopped working last week and after searching online for the best replacement, Best Buy had this HP 5255. This had good reviews and some bad. I’m so glad I bought it, great price too. Took me no more than 10 minutes to have it up and running. I would recommend if you don’t have the HP Smart App, install the app first on your phone and create an account. It streamlines the process! It prints very fast and quietly. Also easy to print from your tablet or phone. Although it’s only been a week, so far it’s great.

Easy to use very convenient. Let the fact is a wireless printer copier , scanner. Couldn’t beat the price and could not beat the service.

I have only had this for just over a month, but so far I really like it. It was very easy to set up although there were a number of steps to go through because of the ink program they have. But now that it's working, everything is going great and I believe I'll be saving quite a lot of money on ink in the future. The printer I had, a Canon, was quite unreliable and each time I had to use it there was something configured incorrectly. I love Canon products usually but I'm glad I switched to this HP.

Purchased this printer to specifically use with HP's eprint program. The print quality is great & the cost was very affordable

I’m very satisfied with this scanner/printer. I like the drawer for the papers, the printing is very good and the app on the cellphone works great.

This was easy to set up and to use. I have no problems copying or scanning. I also had no problems printing wireless from my galaxy phone.
