This printer has been a solid purchase, so far. The setup was quick and easy. The printer relies heavily on Wi-Fi connection and the use of an app on a smart phone to function. I've mainly used it to scan and email documents and the process is easy to understand and instant. I also love that Best Buy pairs your printer with the right kind of paper and ink that you will need. I'm hoping that this printer will last me a good, long while!

I bought this to replace an OfficeJet 4300 Series that seemed to get stuck in sleep mode, had to unplug it and obviously plug it back in to get it to work. So far so good, the HP OfficeJet 5255 was incredibly fast and easy to set up, took just a few minutes to install the ink cartridges, print out the alignment page, plug in the phone and run the fax line test. If you're looking for a good, inexpensive printer I highly recommend this one.

And run smoothly and very quiet. Perfect for small jobs because of the paper tray limitations but overall it’s a great printer.
