Love having a wireless printer. While working at the dining room table I only need to hit print. The printer wakes up, prints my material, and puts itself back to sleep. And the best part is the ink program. You choose how many pages a month you think you will print, your credit card gets billed for your plan, and the printer knows when you need ink, puts in the order and it's mailed to your home. Awesome!

I purchased this to use on an old computer using XP operating system that is not used online anymore and it works great but it as a pain to get the printer installed since it did not come with an installation disk and required online connection to download the drivers- a dangerous endeavor for a computer with no virus protection. I took the risk and installed the driver and am very satisfied with the operation of this unit.

I went into Best Buys to purchase a replacement for my dying Brother Printer. I spoke to Jack (The sales guy) and he very thoroughly explained the features on each of the candidate all in one printers. I felt comfortable and not pressured to purchase. I brought it home and easy install. I have yet to use all the features offered in this model. It behaves very well for my applications.

It's easy to hook up and easy to use. Scanning is simple compared to other models. I love it.

It’s just ok. It does the job. It kind of loud and slow and personality I don’t like the design. The access to the ink cartridges can be a pain to open and the paper output tray is about 2 wide, that’s is you remember to pull it out. The print quality is good. But in that price range I’ve seen/used printers $10-$20 more that are much better.

does everything I need it to do, it prints, scans and copy. was easy enough to set up.
