This is a great basic printer! It does what I need without breaking the bank. Double sided printing, scanning, etc. I also like how I can change the print quality to draft to save ink. Took some time to figure out all the features but eventually found the settings

I bought this for my mother who needs a printer, but not everyday. She was having to clean the print heads on her old printer several times before getting an adequate print job. Now she can get a beautiful document without all of the extra cleaning time! I may just get one for myself!

We needed a printer when we started working from home due to covid. We struggled to find one because they were all out of stock, and then we found this one! It works great for printing and scanning different documents! You can even do it from your phone!

You can use this printer with the HP app to print off your phone, whether it be photos or documents. Definitely a plus if you don't feel like spending money on a computer that'll 99% of the time. Works with Wi-Fi as well, so no cables other than power required!

An older HP ink jet printer way out of warrant wasn't working and thus I was forced to buy a new HP ink jet printer, OfficeJet 5255. I was very happy to have set it up all myself and thus far, it's working GREAT!

It prints well, slower than my last model but printers never really seem to last long in my experience. If you can get 5 years out of one, you got your money’s worth. Good color, connects to internet, can do double sided prints and connects to your gadgets through wifi.

I never wanted a printer, because I thought it was a big waste of space. Now this isn’t small necessarily, but it is great at scanning and printing, and in fact we are very happy with the product.You can print a lot of your documents straight from your phone, which is very nice.

I don't like a lot of bells and whistles. Simplicity is best. This printer is easy to understand and was incredibly easy to set up. I actually thought I was going to need help - but no, I got it done on my own as a very non-geek consumer. I am totally satisfied.

Great home printer. This printer is perfect for school papers, pictures, letters, thank you notes, invitations, projects the list is endless! I’m very impressed with this little printer and it’s possibilities! I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to a friend!

For now the printer is working very smoothly. Easy connection to my laptop and cellphone, updates were done without problems, and the set up process was extremely easy. It takes you step by step. If you read and follow the instructions...the set up will be like a plate full meat and veggies.

We were sad to see our old printer go but happy to say that the HP OfficeJet has been terrific so far. Clear and crisp copies. Scans, fax’s and receives emails from everywhere. Granted, we haven’t had it for long but we feel confident that it will be around for a very long time!

Got the printer to replace my wife’s 7year old printer from college. It been very good so far. When setting it up, I found it quicker to add it to my network manually, then trying to use the downloaded software/ app. The only thing the software is good for, is if you need to scan some documents/pictures.

Easy to use and set-up of all-in-one printer. Downloaded the HP app on iPhone and HP laptop and set-up and printing was a breeze! Also opted for the 2.99 a month hp ink plan, which is a great bargain with first few months being free! Also love the compact size and many features.
