Two thumbs up for HP printers. My step kids love this product and how it's so user friendly! We also signed up for HP Instaink so they're not worried about tackling those tough projects from school! Thank you so much HP for making our lives so much better with our new printer!

i actually keep this 2nd printer under my bed where it fits perfectly. I am now able to work on projects early in the Morning or late at night from the comfort of my bed! I am getting things done when I think of them and many ahead of time. It has been a great addition!

This printer is everything I hoped it would be. From the cost of the printer to the way it’s performa I am very happy with this choice of printers. I am glad I listened to the salesman. The HP instant ink program is also incrediable. Never running out of ink again is a great idea

I was definitely shocked at how along this one prints but I’m also coming from a corporate level printer, you can’t compare! I print very rarely and only a page or two at a time so that isn’t a big deal for me. This is a fantastic printer for the occasional printer.

Extremely easy and convenient to set up. All in one and you can print from your phone & labtop over blue tooth. Decent for work printing. Picture print out not the best but not horrible. I bought this as pandemic developed and before my work from home journey began......

Great product from hp. It is replacing a printer that is 14 years old and also a hp. Easy to set up and has all of the functions that we need. It is compact. The cost was great and the cartridges are very reasonable. Very happy with this new printer

Works great for my new home office during the shelter in place order. The printer I had at home previous stopped working and I needed a new one anyway. This computer has a simple set up and the app is great to send faxes/scans etc. Love it!

It was so easy to go into Best Buy and ask for help looking for a copy machine. I ask the salesmen out of the three I was lookin at which one did he recommend and he point to the less expensive of the three and I was shocked! I looked at him and said you just picked the less expensive one why? He said you ask for my advise and for you that's the best one and guess what lol it is! I truly believe you all are truthful when a custom ask you a question about a product and have no problem going there to purchase any item! Thank You Best Buy #averyhappycustomer

the printer is working great and definitely a step up from previous one. The main reason this does not get 5 stars is due to the difficulty I had setting it up to my computer. It kept on losing Wifi connection initially. Now that it has fully downloaded and connected it has been running smoothly

From what little use i had from the printer, i liked it. Fairly easy to set up and get started using. But a direct lightning strike to the house a few weeks later sent it to HP heaven. I was not to Happy with the ink registration. Just give the consumer ink without the hassel.

I am a teacher and have had a small printer in my classroom. It started going wonky and not always feeding paper. So I needed a new printer. Since it was for my classroom, I wanted something that was easy to use and didn’t cost a fortune. This printer fit the bill perfectly!

I’ve used this printer for weeks now. I’ve printed documents and photos, scanned, and copied. I am pleased with the results. I have not yet faxed anything. Based on setup, features used, and results, I would recommend this printer. I really like it!

I haven't printed any photos as yet, but this printer has been great for all of my other needs. It was easy to set up, which is a plus for me. I don't think I could have found a better printer for the features I wanted and for the price I paid.

I got this printer at good price in Bestbuy and am happy with the performance. I won't get stuck be it in sleep mode or printing continuously. Great relief when compared to Epson $100 printer which was pathetic.

Had a previous HP that lasted for 9 years so decided to purchase another one. Using the WiFi you can print without having to hook up the device. Easy to setup and very convenient using the app to print. Great printer and it is not bulky at all.

I love this printer! I dreaded getting a new printer when my last one died because of the wireless set-up. This was so easy. The scanner sends the PDF right to my computer rather than to a thumbdrive. The print quality is great and it was easy to set-up.

This HP printer is replacing an older HP printer (at least 15 years old) that stoppedworking properly. This HP OfficeJet 5255 printer is very suitable for my printing requirements. Easy to use and was very simple to set up. So far so Good!

My wife uses this for printing off documents for school. It can also be set up wirelessly and I can print from my phone!!! The screen went back within a week and we were able to return it to HP and get a new one at no cost. Great product and company.

This printer is great for home needs. Toner consumption is low even if one prints at maximum quality. The only caveat is that I'm having trouble connecting it to my computer. I can print anything from my cell phone but my laptop doesn't locate this printer in the network.

I purchased this printer thinking I only use them once in a while and not going to spend much on it. To my surprise this is one great printer with great features. Wireless seamless connection, it even sends you ink when you need it . great product for the price.
