This is a great little printer for the price. Replacement ink isn’t too expensive (though after around 100 color sheets, I haven’t yet needed it.) the wireless capability is awesome and works well with all of my computers and my iPhones.

The printer is good. Only difficult part was opening and closing the paper tray. Free Ink replacement offer should extend to at least 2 weeks. Life got busy and before I knew it, the free ink offer had passed. That's on my end though. Like I said earlier, the printer is good.

We use this printer rarely and wirelessly. The feed lid had a part that was bent a little, but went back into place ok. We don't use the feeder much. If this was used as our main printer, I would have had it replaced.

Great quality. Set up was fool proof, anyone could do it. HP ink replacement program is great. You never have to worry about running out of ink or have to go to buy it as they replenish your ink as needed. Couldn't be easier.

This printer does it all: prints, scans, etc. works seamlessly with the HP app and makes my life easy working from home. I can tell that the ink runs out somewhat quickly but still, easy enough to use and worth the money.

Great printer for everyday use and small jobs. Worth the money and also great option to opt in to the HP smart ink program. I don’t pay for ink at all because I don’t use a lot of pages. Love the smart reorder option.

The All in One HP Printer handles all of our needs. Best Buy offered an incredible price and incredible customer service! I ordered online with ease and pick-up in the store was a breeze. The associates in the store were wonderful!

I was very pleased at how easy the HP 5255 was to set up, link to my network and start printing. Linking all of my devices was a breeze. Thanks, Best Buy for staying open for online order pickup during this crazy time!

At first it was difficult to install the software and hook to the internet. But once I read all the of the instructions, I had no problem completing the hookup. I really have enjoyed my printer very much. I will recommend it to my friends.

I bought this printer because it uses the same print cartridges as my old printer. I use it as a general printer in my home. I have not printed any hi-rez photos. I do basic printing and scanning. Time will tell.

I like HP printers because they hold up to my relentless printing. My last printer lasted 10 years. I am not easy on my printers but HP has proven to go the distance. The only bad part is the ink number is not the same in all there printers.

I was skeptical because of the low price (I only paid $69.00) especially after having owned a higher-end HP for about 10 years (it finally failed). But I was so impressed with its performance and print quality I purchased a second one!

So easy to set up and use. No complaints so far – I’ve had it about three weeks and just love it. I set it up with my iPad next to it and it just did everything it should and I just kind of watched it do it’s thing.

This was so easily linked to my new HP laptop bought them both at the same time, they're quite pleasant to use. Excellent, print speed. With just power cord nothing better, since it wifi could print from my cell phone as well

First of all, we got a really good deal on this printer as we used our review points when purchasing this printer. It is for our Grandaughter and she says it prints really good. I might get another for myself when I build up more points.

We have had this printer a little over a year and a half. It has worked fine without any issues. It is fairly intuitive to use, but you can consult the online manual for further instructions.

When my HP printer needed replacing (2012) I researched online and picked this model and I talked to a sales representative at the store and for what I needed was a great choice. I easily set it up and am very happy with it.

Love the wireless capability to print from anywhere in the house, (even with several floors). Ink is dry when it prints, so there is no smudging. This is true for printing photos as well! Great quality for the price!

I am so glad that the day I came into Best Buy-Monroeville,there was a rep from HP there and he listened to what I was looking for..lead me to this machine & thoroughly explained it worked. I was WOWED. So much so I bought it. It's great.
