We had to buy a new printer just because our current printer would not support the new Windows software. So annoying!! We like HP printers, great price, which means the ink is expensive!

Suddenly working from home I needed a new printer. This printer/scanner is great. It makes good clear copies and is handling the scanning I need to do. I‘m hoping it holds up longer than my last one. Thank You!

Good printer for the the occasional printer needs. I really bought it so I could print from my iPhone. It works good. Only downfall is that I have to restart it if it hasn’t been used in a few days so that it is discoverable again to connect to.

Everything works near perfection with this printer. From printing to scanning using my laptop or any other bluetooth device the only thing left is just to set up the fax functionality otherwise it is a printer i will recommend to anyone

This is a really good printer. It prints clear and fast. I did wish the paper drawer could hold more paper, but other then that, it's great. I didn't sign up for that instant ink, I can go and buy it my self.

Wonderful printer with multi-functionality that has not failed. I really like the ability to print anywhere from my phone. Second to the instant plan plan that has to be the next best feature of this printer.

I have had this printer for a year now, and it still works like a charm. Crisp printing, vivid colors, works fast! I like having a scanner and copier at my disposal, too--I've used those features quite often.

This printer works very good for what I use it for which is printing out basic documents and it can even print out pretty good color photos. The ink doesn't last as long as I would hope, but this is a solid product!

Cheap and works. If you are not in a high volume business need for printing, then I would recommend. Unfortunately not the longest lasting ink cartridge, but I have used 3 and the printer is still working as strong as when it was new. Good little jobber!

Didn't really need a high end printer and have had issues with budget models in the past. Had low expectations going in but have been very happy with this model. Far better than the Epson i was replacing

The set up was super easy. I'm impressed with how quickly it prints over WiFi. We also signed up for the ink subscription and our first cartridge already showed up - I love that we don't have to think about it!

I like this printer because it’s easy to use. It’s easy to change the ink and easy to change the paper. It also does a good job printing. I don’t print pictures so I cannot comment about that. But for just every day printing it’s great

We purchased this All-in-One printer because our original printer was damaged in a flood at our church. It is serving the purpose well and is compact and convenient to move from office to office, if necessary.

This printer is AMAZING! I can print from anywhere in my home, off my phone, or even through my various laptops. It is a HUGE upgrade from the Epson I had. I highly recommend this printer. It has been a huge help as a teacher and actor.

It is a bit cumbersome to scan two-sided documents with multiple pages. But that's a bit understandable given the type of printer. I've started using the printer for my business and it's been great. I absolutely love it.

My wife and I just needed a printer that was easy to use and easy to set up. Turned out this one does both. Good for documents but not good for pictures. We just wanted it to print word documents so we’re totally satisfied.

EASY TO CONNECT. PRINTS GREAT. BUT, WON'T SCAN TO MY PC AT ALL. KEEP GETTING ERRORS THAT AREN'T LISTED ON THE HP HELP SITE. THE ASSOCIATES AT BEST BUY WERE GREAT WITH THEIR HELP & RECOMMENDATION.

Replaced another printer when I got a new computer. The ease of setting up my HP printer was astounding. Haven't used it a lot yet, but what I have done has worked out beautifully. Really glad I bought this.

I bought this printer to replace another HP printer that I simply wore out. So far, it has been a fantastic decision! Great for occasional printing, copying and scanning. I plan to go with HP again when I wear this one out!

I love this printer it was very easy to connect to wifi and troubleshoot connectivity when my wifi went off line ,It is very easy to use, it doesn't seem to use a lot of ink or have paper jams
