First one delivered was missing the startup ink cartridges. Unfortunately they are required to install the printer. Cant just get appropriate size ink cartridges you need the exact one assigned to that printer. That's an HP flaw! So I made a call to BestBuy and arranged to exchange it. BestBuy was great but with all the constraints imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic I had to make a special 40 mile trip to complete the exchange. Printer"s OK today.
