The Printer Works; But the Installation...

The installation should have been straight forward, it wasn't. HP should have had all the install drivers in place for their products, they were not. The install became to a point that I had to get the Geek Squad to finish the install. Even now, because my wife won't let me look at it, do I know if the install is completed for the 'OfficeJet' unit. All she will tell me is that it prints for her.
