So far so good. HP set it up and it’s been great. The entire house can print from their device.

An easy-to-operate functional printer for a small business office needs.

I like the easy set up and how its not to big but not small either for it to be stored in our office room perfectly! The screen is a plus and easy to use .

Good - but not as great as my old HP Printer was for years!!!

A good value purchase for basic home printing. I decided to go with the HP ink refill program as the supplied 8015e cartridges are small in size compared to other HP cartridges. The price for the amount of my printing looks like a pretty reasonable proposition and time will tell. While the 8015e is a light weight printer it comes with plastic parts that can certainly be more robust. So with roughly 1 month of use my new 8015 is doing the job.

Takes awhile to warmup, but prints quickly with good quality.

Had an older HP printer that was very limited and worn out. Sales member recommended the Officejet 8015e as the price fit my budget. This is the best printer I have had.

I have very pleased with this new printing it has delivered all the best quality in record speed. I would recommend this to all.

good printer easy to used. Seal ink not easy to dry

The process of utilizing the scan function has been brutal. There is, to my knowledge no way to operate the scan function with out going through HP Smart. There is the printer screen but it errored out. BTW don’t assume the support will help. At 75 I’d like to “assume” I have another printer in my future. There’s a good possibility it won’t be HP

This works well as a printer. I have not been able to get it to scan except as a test while on the HP website. When I set it up and it first gave all error signs, I phoned Best Buy - they said I could pay $39.99 for a tech to tell me if the scanner was broken or not. Back to scanning with my apple phone. Now I think it may be because of the HP computer, which I also purchased at Best Buy, but they did not tell me I could not download Adobe on it. Annoying because I bought this specifically so I could scan documents, could have gotten a printer without scanner for less money. I’m still trying to figure out if I can disable the “S mode” on computer and see if that will make the scanner work.
