I have been a HP printer user for upteen years so this purcahse was a nobrainer.

Purchased this a a gift to my son. His old one stopped working.

Great customer service and knowledgeable. The printer was easy setup, especially when we dont have a lot of knowledgeable with this type of things.

The printer is ok... Standard build quality for it's price point . I am only giving it 3 stars though because HP Smart is awful. It's not uncommon for me to have issues when sending things to print. I don't think I will buy another HP printer in the future

Just needed a reliable printer for the house. Easy to setup and connect to WiFi. I like the mini touch screen. Price was reasonable in my opinion.

Do not waste your time or money on this printer. You must connect to internet to complete the set up and the set up process continually pushes their ink subscription program. I am using HP branded ink but I am not subscribed to Instant Ink subscription. When I replace ink cartridge, the printer gives error message that I am not using Instant Ink cartridges even though I am using branded cartridges. I have to uninstall and reinstall the driver and confirm that I am not enrolled in Instant Ink. The printer is in the same room as my modem/router and has strong signal but will not stay connected. Every time the printer drops from wifi, it goes offline and stays offline. NOTHING will get it back online until it randomly puts itself back online. When this happens I can't even print with wired connection. This happens EVERY time -- whether printer gets turned off by power button OR printer unplugged OR electricity flickers OR internet goes down. This experience is not unique to me. I have two other friends who did not enroll in instant ink and have had constant problems with HP printers. To be fair, my brother did enroll in Instant Ink and still has problems with internet dropping but not as many other problems as the rest of us. Also -- paper tray is flimsy lightweight plastic.

I've had it less than a year. Continual error message that the paper tray is open. Will not correct, and paper jams happen every time.

I love this printer. I like that it has a screen so you know if something isn't working right instead of trying to figure out what's wrong.

I’m gonna be brutally honest this is a good printer that has been limited by Microsofts need for profit. If you cancel the cartridge subscription, Microsoft will disable the printer until you re-subscribe.

Piece of crap. Just 6 months and the paper is jamming. Paper trays are cheap, and materials are cheaper than before. I used to have this same machine, and it was a workhorse for 3 years. This one is going back. So frustrating. Oh, and with Avery Labels, including postcards, forget it. I ended up feeding one sheet at a time and still failed.

Love love love this printer! Great printer for the money. It does print alittle slow for pictures.

This print is easy to use and I purchased it at a very reasonable price. I believe Best Buy is great place to do business.

I have had a horrible experience with this item. It malfunctioned within a month and when I called to have it fixed, I could not understand any of the conversation with their call center , they sent me another faulty printer and then refused to refund my money when their tech service couldn’t get the 2nd printer they sent working. I will never purchase another product from hp again. It was a horrible experience in all aspects!

I upgraded from another hp, glad that i made the change. Would recommend for all.

It's a very good machine, I like it, it's easy to use

I never opened this and returned it to the store because I no longer needed it.
