Best Buy and HP is the Besy Buy

Mine broke withen a month :/

Slow but it get the job done. Few day ago I tried to print out a paper and all the light are blinking and there error code on the screen. Few second the printer just dead no power nothing. Tried unplug and plug the cable back nothing work. I only have it for 1 month.

Another astromoncally expensive to run HP

The costs of cartridges is astounding - at least get an epson refillable ink printer - but unfortunately it was anothe HP :(

Cheap, Weak Printer

Paper trays are cheap, and materials are cheaper than before. I used to have this same machine, and it was a workhorse for 3 years. This one is going back. So frustrating. Oh, and with Avery Labels, including postcards, forget it. I ended up feeding one sheet at a time and still failed.

Horrible experience

It malfunctioned within a month and when I called to have it fixed, I could not understand any of the conversation with their call center , they sent me another faulty printer and then refused to refund my money when their tech service couldn’t get the 2nd printer they sent working. I will never purchase another product from hp again. It was a horrible experience in all aspects!
