As soon as I canceled Instant Ink the printer started malfunctioning, calibrating for 2+ minutes resulting in delayed print jobs, and not connecting to wi-fi. I use the HP app for printing as required and it still malfunctions. Double printing, saying the job was interrupted, etc. Which results in wasted ink (genuine HP cartridges) and paper. I am fed up. I used to always believe in HP printers. But this company has become predatory. I will be purchasing Epson for my next printer.

Started paper jams and nothing you could do. Also, you have to sign up for HP's Instant Ink program and even after I got rid of the printer HP kept charging my credit card for the Instant Ink, Ugggh!

Cute printer my ink doesn’t work thought that came with it I have to replace it in order to use my printer but everything else is good

Hp will always produce the best office supplies to best assist you with your needs. I have had a hp printer for 15 years and never an issue

Do NOT fall for the "free instant ink" scam! IT IS A SCAM! HP will fight you tooth and nail to NOT honor it! I fought with them and got the free ink they promised but when they arrive, they will NOT work! The printer will literally block you from using the instant ink cartridge even after you've signed up for instant ink! Been on the phone with HP for almost an hour and THEY can't figure it out even after logging into my computer and controlling it themselves!! They still can't fix it! DISCLAIMER! Its NOT Best Buy's fault.

That’s a best printer that I have , excellent copy or if need a photo printer or copy

Not user friendly for an older person that is not tech savvy

Printer isn't as user friendly as other printers I've had. NOTE: you can't scan to email. You can only scan to a computer, which isn't super convenient in this phone-based era. Also, the color printing is pretty dull and yellowish. Lastly, this machine is only returnable for 2 weeks! So make sure to set it up quickly to figure out if you like it while you can still return it (which I did not).

This all in one has a flaw that is not curable. When you try to print using the hp app on my Iphone, a tab comes on and blocks the printing. Message says: print again or cancel printing. I called Hp service as the printer is under warranty. They tell me if I buy the direct ink supplies from them, that is will go away. But there is a charge for the smart printer app. Can you believe this. I call Hp almost daily. No hope... $200.00 printer that is xxxx useless.

This printer was very easy to set up wireless. Overall i am very satisfied with my purchase.

this printer is very poor quality. I expected more from HP. Stopped printing after about 5 pages and only two weeks. I don't print very often so one time it printed and the next it didn't. Best Buy support was completely un helpful. I couldn't even speak with someone to find out if Could bring it in to the store. Seriously considering dropping my Total membership, and never doing business with this company again. Very Disappointing this used to be the best place to shop.
