I am having a really hard time getting it to hook up to my WiFi. I may ask Geek Squad to come out.

Good printer, but won’t always stay connected to wifi.

We have not been able to get the new printer to work. We have to send our print assignments to our old printer. The printer keeps telling us to finish the printer set up. However, when we follow the directions, we get the same message again.

Absolutely awful. The printer is now 10 days outside of the return window and is barely functioning. Constant paper jams, printer offline error, and it takes several minutes just to print one page. I previously had the HP 9015 and was very happy with it. This current printer has turned me off to anymore HP purchases.

This unit is only so so. It was inexpensive and thats exactly what it is. If i had to use this very often it would be returned. The printing takes forever. Not the best.

In the description it said it had a fax, it did not have a port for a land line. I returned the product.

The printer performs as good as it can to be inexpensive. It does use a lot of ink, however.

I like but it’s hard and lazy and the ink finish to fast

I did not want or need a color printer but bought one, after I was given the false impression that laser printers are no longer generally being made or sold. When I subsequently saw online that Best Buy also sells an HP laser printer that prints in black and white only and uses convenient toner cartridges periodically, I returned the color printer with its possibility of various colored ink issues. I exchanged the color printer for a laser printer, which I am currently learning to use.

Not user friendly when trying to reorder or replace ink.

This thing started skipping info that was supposed to print, like every other line, after a week of purchase. We tried everything call the Geek Squad and they tried some things remotely but didn’t work. So we returned it to the store and bought another.

Never connects always has to think before printing.

Today was my second time attempting a orint job from my phone. Last tine it keep booting up so I finally canceled then tried again. It printed. This morning I attempted a print job and same thing. After several minutes of it acting like it was preparing to print, i just canceled the job. I sure hope it’s not too late to exchange. Smh

Not very impressed so far. It gives frequent error messages, loading paper is tricky, need to reset wifi connection often. Not very user friendly.

Low quality, printer stop working within 4 months of purchase

Since the moment I first got the printer it was having issues simply printing out a regular 2 page document. It's incredibly slow and the materials feel flimsy.

Worst and slowest printer ever, It takes ages to print a document.

HORRIBLE. I regret purchasing this HP printer. I have to call tech support weekly and spend at least 1 hour/day troubleshooting. We are small business owners and do not have the band width to deal with this so regularly. I will never purchase an HP printer or other HP equipment ever again.

Unable to use the printer to its full potential. The Geek Squad came out to install the new computer and could not get the printer working properly. The Geek Squad will not come out unless they get paid.
