I BELIEVE THE INTERFERENCE BY INSTANT INK coukd be an issue

Hidden Monthly Fees

HP customer service is not connecting because it requires an AI driver which costs $200. I wish Best Buy and HP would say this BEFORE the purchase. Very poor quality

Poor customer service

I made an appt with Best Buy, the woman barked at me saying "We don't work on printers" I could not believe it! Could not get anyone to work on the computer to check the connection.

Garbage- worked less than 2 months

They suggested I mail it to them and wait 2-4 weeks for a replacement rather than returning to the store.

Terrible Printer

Purchased new and used only twice before calling customer service. Best Buy would not refund or replace so it was placed in the garbage can.

Defective

Then after an hour on the phone getting it set up, the power button was defective. Have to return it for a replacement - HASSLE.

Doesn’t Work
