Printer has worked perfectly since I bought it. It was very easy to set up and I received 6 months HP Smart ink support.

I've had my ups and downs with HP printers in the past, but I gotta say this one has far surpassed my expectations. For the price point, it functions the closest to a big office printer than any small printer I've ever had before. This printer has restored my faith in HP products, honestly.

I bought this for a gift, and the recipient, my SIL, was absolutely delighted. He tells us that the printer is what he was looking for! a versatile, quick, and wifi printer that he can use for bills, CVs, and printing the house and office related items without having to leave the house.

I can say that I really like this printer. I didn't have any issues connecting to wifi, but I will say if you start the process make sure you finish it all at one time or it can be confusing. The instant ink plan is awesome because I don't have to worry about running out. The HP app download was a necessity to set everything up and the app is available on apple and android. It has no issues printing double sided and in color. I had to print out a drivers manual and it did it flawlessly without a hitch. For me I am using it as a household printer not for a business, but I feel that if you have a small business this would be perfect as well. If you do a lot of color printing I would probably get a 2nd set of ink cartridges just to have a back up just in case. This is my own personal opinion and experience with the printer.

It was so easy to set up. The printing is fast and the print is clear. I love this printer. Great printer for the price. I also love the free ink for 6 mknths and after the 6 months I can get ink at a reduced cost.

I never thought that a printer would be worth reviewing. But this one is. It works great, uses very little energy, is super easy to set up wirelessly, and is a multi-functional machine. The last printer I bought was an inexpensive $99 printer that worked for maybe a month. This one was a little more expensive, but it works great, has no issues, and is totally worth it! Highly recommend.

Decent printer so far. Easy to set up. Quality not as good as the HP 8610 it replaced. The paper tray and output tray seem pretty flimsy, but work OK.
