Had to replace my printer bc the error message said there was a paper jam. Of course, there wasn't. This printer is a great substitute for the cost. It does more than the older printer.

The price for this printer was reasonable and the printer was easy to set up. It also delivers quality prints. I love that I can print right from my phone. I highly recommend this printer.

Physical size good..not too bi or small. Speed of printing meets my needs, not the speediest, but knew that when I purchased it. Very easy to set up.

Great printer with excellent print quality. Printer was easy to hook up and I have had no issues printing wirelessly. I would recommend this printer to anyone that prints regularly and subscribe to the HP instant ink program. I like how it monitors my ink levels and automatically sends ink.

My old printer broke as I was doing my taxes. I ordered this online on sale. It was a little confusing at first to set up because it didn't have clear pictures of the directions of the ink cartridges. When I took the yellow plastic tabs off the ink cartridges the ink was oozing out and leaking. Got it all over my hands. Cartridges aren't sealed. Then, I couldn't even print anything until I set it up to the internet. That is a drawback if I wasn't connection to the internet at any time. The electric cord has a very flimsy attachment to the back of the printer, and it can easily come loose. Doesn't connect solidly. It is printing okay, when it runs out of paper it just stopped. It is a pretty good printer for the price but it has a few negative features. I hope the new ink cartridges that are in the promotion of free ink for 6 months don't leak and stain my hands like the first ones that came with the computer. I haven't scanned yet, but the printer works okay. it seems a little rough. i had a smaller HP printer before and it function better than this one. I would have returned this but needed it right away, so had to use it. Maybe in the 6 months trial period of ink supply I will learn to like it more.

Prints well and easily connects to phone and laptop. Scan nicely also! My only issue with this printer is that in my sometimes very warm apartment, the ink appears to dry out quickly when I’m printing infrequently. Otherwise, quite pleased with this printer and would recommend it!

I am an infant teacher, mom and grandmother. I print things for work, family and personal. I make worksheets for my daughter and granddaughter to work on at home. I also print things for work. It is makes great copies and prints clear.

Purchased for our church primary for business reports and event flyers. It was a good deal with the additional 6 months of instant ink and additional pages that are included during that period. Already ran through the original cartridges that came with it and installed the first set of instant ink refills. It has worked flawlessly so far even doing some double sided bulletins.

I really like this printer to print my Travel promotion flyers and its really fast and easy to set up. They also send you free in for 3 months which is great so I dont have to keep buying ink the ink subscription is also a good price and worth the value since they ship it to directly to the house.

The printer works fine after I had some trouble connecting the wi-fi from the computer to the printer. Didn't realize that it didn't have the ability to print on both sides of the paper when I ordered it. Guess I can live without it. The print quality is good and the free 6 months of ink helps.

This is a great printer. I am enjoing the vivid color and for the Home/office use is for me more than adequate. My at home office work is light but does require a good printer. My home printing needs are light to meduim,anthis HP8015e is perfect . A real perk is the free ink , and purchasing from the HP Ink program is much less expensinve than buying it from the retail stores

HP has really outshine their products. It easy to setup in compare to Epson crappy mess. Overall, I love the smart ink offer for 6 months! I loved it ! The coolest features are the Hp wireless app!

This printer serves us well, performing all the basic functions we need. Its reliability has been perfect.

Original printr orderd 5-30-24, deliverd 6-4-24, No instruction manual,couldn't intall inks til I calld Geek Squad,Error msgs ink cartridges damagd,so couldn't connect to Wifi.PD over $100 for home visit & got New printer,Nam L.installed,I don't think I should've had to payfor this homevisit as 1st printer ws defective,he was empathetic about my issues w/it &explained,connected to my new Wifi,made copies,scanned,OK & will comment again later.
