This is a 4K, UHD display/TV. It is a Smart TV with built in Wi-Fi, and is great for surfing web offerings or watching over the air TV stations. It has many built in services in an on screen menu for Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Vudu, and others. It also permits direct screen mirroring from your Wi-Fi connected PC, tablet or phone.

I purchased this printer because I needed a new printer and most of the reviews were good but after I set it up which by the way was extremely easy contrary to some of the reviews it started having power issues. The printer would shut off and could not be powered back on without going through a lengthy unplugging and replugging regiment that was just ridiculous. Needless to say I returned this product

      HP Team

      Hey Alken,

I'm very sorry to hear that you had to part with the printer after these issues with random powering down. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since we always prioritize providing long-lasting reliability. Despite this experience, I do hope that you allow us another opportunity in the future to stand by those intentions.

For future reference, we're always here to help in those instances where the printer isn't working as it should be. That said, we'd love another chance in the future to make things right.

      Take care,

Vertical streak marks when using the scanner

I bought this printer/ scanner mainly for work in my home office. I mainly use the scanner with the auto document feeder (ADF). Copier works great but the scanner when using the ADF leaves vertical streak lines on my copies. I tried all recommendations to get rid of them. Cleaning and unplugging to reset the printer. Nothing works. HP tech's keep telling me it's a mechanical defect and I get a new one but what a pain. Definitely get the warranty if you buy this model.

I replaced my older HP with this because it wasn’t being supported anymore. The features and functions are good and typical HP. I like their printers way more than their laptops! It sometimes is slow in getting started with a print job, but then it’s fine. I do like the both side printing feature. I’m not sure about this ink replacement plan. HP monitors your paper use and then sends the ink, but I’m still waiting on my next round to arrive. It is cheaper than going to the store to buy it.

Had it 2 weeks and after not using it for 2 days it would print out the 1st page of the day that looked like it was running out of ink, then I went on vacation for a week and it wouldn't print at all until I ran the clean print head about 5 times. It's going back. I bought a brand that starts with the letter C and no problems. I have never had a problem with this brand for over 15 years. I knew better than to switch brands. Maybe I just happened to get the 1 bad 1?

This has been a very good printer. I'm able to print from all my devices, Apple, Android and PC (windows and linux). The HP direct and wireless features work flawlessly for me. I had an older version of this printer which wasn't the case you could only do one or the other not both. With this printer you can do both. It seems to sip the ink unlike previous models I'm still using the original ink. With my moderate printing needs.

I might have given this printer more stars if not for the difficulty I have had with the drivers . I have had to delete and download the drivers for this printer more than once . Kept getting "no driver found " notice after using the printer for a short time . Also downloading software from HP has been a very long slow process . The download speed on my end was 65 Mbs speed yet down loading 66 MB from HP was a 25 minute down load . If not for the soft ware glitches I would add a star .

So glad I bought this printer when it was on sale for $60 sth. Not only it has touch screen menu which helped to navigate the options but the process of setting up itself also much less hassle and complicated, comparing to my older HP DeskJet. The ink can produce high-quality photos with relatively fast speed and minimal noise. More importantly, this model is compatible with my dad's Chromebook and appear wirelessly on the printer menu almost immediately. Very happy with this printer. Now let's wait on the ink durability...

I purchased this printer largely based on reviews stating (correctly) that the set up was simple and that it could be accomplished from a mobile device. The set up was easy and the printer works quite well. I also signed up for the instant ink program...it's based on usage so I should not be receiving more than I need. I only gave it four stars instead of five due to the fact that it does not always print directly from my device...sometimes I need to figure out a work around. Could be it's just me ...I'm not so tech savvy.

I previously had an officejet for 9 years, and started running into scanning issues with Windows 10. I found this officejet on sale, got it installed and it works great. I had an immediate need to scan some pictures for a slide show, and quickly changed the doing settings to 1200dpi, and really liked being able to scan from the printer menu directly to my computer wirelessly. Highly recommend so far for a home solution, works great!

This is a good solid functioning printer. Prints fast, good quality and nice scans. Only issue was with the wireless connection at first. Every time the printer went to sleep it would lose connection and would have to be reset to connect. Defeats purpose of having a wireless if you have to keep going to it for a manual reset. Yet after visiting HP website downloaded some patches and assigned a static IP and all is well. (We are MAC users and homeschool, printing 15-20 pages a week minimum)

As a small business owner this printer is very pivotal for my business. The ability for me to print documents from smart phone, tablet, and laptops makes life so simple. In comparison to other printers my business has owned at this price point, this printers quality is superior. In addition to printing the machine has multiple other functions that I don't use, but are there in the event I need them. This printer definitely definitely gets a thumbs up with a strong buy rating from me.

If you are a heavy printer than this printer may not suffice. It’s great for occasional or light printing. DESCENT speed but let’s keep it real, there is only so much ink in smaller cartridges... haven’t had a problem with paper jams, clarity is descent and best of all, its wireless and have had no issues with connectivity...would recommend for light tasking...

It is easy to set up and has great print speed and quality. I like that it has separate ink cartridges for each color as opposed to a multi-color cartridge and a black cartridge. User friendly control panel. The only problem I'm having is that when the printer has gone to sleep (overnight) and then I want to print (wirelessly) I am having to shut the printer down and then restart it to get it to talk to the network and receive the print job. Not sure if it's the printer or just a setting I haven't found yet.

I have seen some poor reviews in other sites and can’t believe it. This printer is easy to setup, prints great, allows printing and scanning from mobile devices with ease. From start to finish this setup was about as easy as it can get folks. Great job HP. Plus the HP Instant Ink program is a game changer! $4.99 a month for 100 pages - never worry about another ink cartridge cost again. I’m sold - thanks again HP! Highly recommend both the printer and the instant ink.

    Not for small business

    Unhappy

I run a small business that doesn't require a lot of printing. With our previous HP printer we would have to buy ink about every 5-6 months. Now we are replacing the ink every 3-4 weeks. I exchanged the first one, thinking it was defective and got the same results. We use a HP 8710 at our other location and have had great luck with it. Disappointed that we have to replace this printer after only 6 months of use. It may be good for a home printer with little activity.

I bought this Hp Officejet Pro 6968 Wireless All-in-one Instant Ink Ready Printer, to replace a Epson Workforce printer I bought last year. I had it nine months before it started to act up.. After fighting with their support for three months I gave up. I love how this new printer prints pictures and documents and anything else I need. I'm really enjoying the Instant Ink Program.

Well it does it all except phone calls... It's alright, sometimes the wireless connection goes out for whatever reason, we have to power on & off sometimes right after powering on. It is easy to use for faxing and copies, but sometimes printing is a hassle when connection fails, maybe our computer..no it does it with our cell phones too. It's an okay all-in-one, if not level of will make more sound, found this out the hard way, but quieter than our previous all in one.

I can't get this newer unit to actually stay online. Whenever I need to printer - the unit has to be turned of and then turned back on. Which is quite annoying. I have had HP all in one's for over 15 years. And, this is the first purchase, that has not been seamless. :-( Hp - Officejet Pro 6968 Wireless All-in-one Instant Ink Ready Printer Hp - Officejet Pro 6968 Wireless All-in-one Instant Ink Ready Printer

The printer isn't bad for what it cost on sale at Best Buy. I think it is a little overpriced at regular price. If you are printing a lot of pictures or documents you may want to get the next size up. The good thing with this printer is that it was the smallest one that gave you the four toners to install that separate the colors and BW. This saves you money on toner vs getting the all in one color toner that needs to be changed if you have only depleted one color.
