    Unable to setup.......kept indicating paper jam when no paper was in the tray or any associated parts of the printer ......and also, ink cartridges slider kept jamming

    Turns itself of too quickly, about 10 minutes. Paper jams too easily, doesn't connect well with my wifi, it may search for up to 10 min

    It has been good, quiet and was easy to set up. I have to move it from my current location because the paper tray that catches printed material sticks out the front of the machine. It's easy to bump.

    Paper Drawer is difficult. Small envelopes jam easily. Color printing is very good as is the black.

    I had the HP OfficeJet 3830 Printer, and it started jamming constantly after only 6 months of light-medium usage. Since I had the Geek Squad Warranty on it, I took it back to Best Buy and I was informed that this particular location no longer carries the 3830, so I decided to try the HP OfficeJet 6968. I didn't like how much larger/bulkier the 6968 is, and I did have to pay a small price difference, but I think it's worth it, because the 6968 is much faster than the 3830 and I like the fact that the screen is a bit larger, plus it's a color screen, so it makes navigating tools and adjusting settings much easier. So far I'm happy with the 6968 and I hope that it lasts longer than my 3830 did.

    I've been having trouble with my new printer when I turn it on. It says that I've a paperj am but when I assess the problem there is no paper jam. Idk how yo get past that problem so I can print or copy what I need. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

    "Paper Jam" but no paper jam

    I bought this printer in July of 2016. It worked out great initially! I used it to print out papers for school and I had three roommates who all used it too! Then in January of 2017 I got back to school, I went to boot up my printer and it said "paper jam" so I looked and did not find one. I ended up going through their online help service and did all the steps, but none of them worked. They eventually agreed to send me a refurbished printer (which made me a little upset because my printer was basically brand new). It started working again and I used it the rest of the school year and all the way through December of 2017. Then I go back to school in January of 2018 and what do you know "Paper Jam" pops up again. I again went online and went through all the steps. It still says Paper Jam. I have given up on this printer and have decided to buy a new one. DO NOT BUY IT DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG

    I bought this, set it up just fine with successful test prints, etc.. . But when I went to use it (just days after purchase), I got a cartridge jam error, even though there was no jam. When I brought it back to the store, another customer was there returning hers for the same exact problem! I suspect there is a software/factory defect.

    Paper feed tray does not have visibility of remaining paper. Double sided print jams occasionally and clearing the paper is difficult. Easy set up. Prints quickly. Has a lot of functionality for the price point.

    This printer was purchased for a classroom. It did not live up to expectations. It was loud when printing and it had a lot of paper jams. In addition, the colors were not vivid although it used a lot of ink. HP customer service was no help so I returned it to Best Buy. If your looking for a cost saving good printer then this printer is not for you.

    I really like the features and appearance of this printer. The only issue that I had was setting up. It doesn't specifically and clearly give accurate details on how to install the paper correctly. I had the hardest time with installing the paper. You have to make sure that the top paper tray is open and pulled out, in order for the paper to come out of printing. There were a few minor issues with paper jams.

    Printer set up quickly. Had a mixed reaction to connecting to it with iPads. My wife's iPad connected immediately, my iPad required app download. We also had issues with the printer indicating paper jams the first few times we tried to print. Thought about taking it back, but we persevered and finally the printer worked as expected. Hope it is finished hiccuping.
