I love HP & this printer is my all time favorite!!

Does not have a good paper manual for set up! I only say this for us older customers that are not high tec . BUT I have dealt with this hp before. My only problem is having trouble is inserting documents and setting it to scan to my pc! Does not recognize.???????

A little too big for my desk after all, but it looked really good. Very well design and wish they made a smaller compact version of it.

We needed a color wifi printer to take to a temporary office and produce! And this one did for sure. Only complaint is that it is a bit heavy to lift but all good other than that!

This thing has me in tears!!! I purchased this for my business as an upgrade and i've nothing but problems!! I am in tears while writing this review! I'm so fed up! It doesn't print larger than 11x17 on borderless like I read that it did. The print quality is supposed to be equivalent to my HP Envy and it is FAR from it. The tray 2 setting refuses to let me print anything but plain paper setting. I try to change it and it says that it's unable to, which makes the 2nd tray absolutely useless since it won't print plain paper anywhere close to the quality of my HP Envy. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I tried to return it through BestBuy but because the huge amount of issues started to happen after the return period, They refused to help exchange the printer for something I could use. The chat line even transferred me to EIGHT agents. I spent TWO HOURS on chat support. Don't waste your money!! If you want an all in one, get an envy if you don't need larger than letter size. If you need larger, get a Canon. I hope nobody goes through what I just went through

Works fine. The sales person did good to find a replacement printer that used the same ink as my old printer.

This printer is of good build quality/reliability. It has an excellent feature set for the price, even dual side printing. The only thing is it can be a bit slow to initiate printing when sent a job from a mobile device.

My fault. If I had seen the printer before purchasing I would not have purchased. Too large. This will not do what my older HP printer would do. Not your falut.

Poor scan quality. The description says 1200 DPI but if you're using the feeder (which you'll want to do if you're scanning multiple pages) 300 dpi is the max. Print quality is good, not great on par with a $100 printer we have but certainly not a $294 printer. I guess you're paying for the ability to print 11x17 not quality functionality.

I am a real estate agent and this printer is perfect for all my needs. It was easy to assemble and I love that it prints up to 11x17. I can print out my personalized housewarming gifts now. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

Would like to see an indication on the printer that it is receiving data to be printed sooner, sometimes not sure it was sent. Having a little trouble using the automatic paper size.

This printer does a great job of wide format printing. It will auto duplex using 11 X 17 paper. If you watch for specials, ink can be purchased at relatively low prices.

I hate to say this, because then everyone will want one. These printers are a workhorse. We use them in our off site locations and have used in our office on occasion. HP, never stop making these, no need to improve. We have been using this particular iteration, for over 5 years, and i do mean the printer, is still going strong.

I was looking for an all in one large format printer and this fit my needs perfectly. It works fine with the only drawback being the tiny display screen.
