This printer is frustrating! Because of it's network requirement not only was it unnecessarily difficult to connect my laptop with, but now it shows as offline even though both devices are connected to the same network. It doesn't always print the same either, sometimes the orientation is squished even though it's set for 8.5 x 11 letter. There isn't even a clear manual to help me with these. Ink goes quickly, too. I'm not satisfied at all.

This is a great large format printer at an entry level price! More prints per cartridge than similar products at the same price point!

Bought this to scan photo albums and scrapbooks. The 11x17 scan and print size have been very handy. The HP Smart software is very easy to use.

Now that I am ro work from home this is ny new work husband. It is amazing and set up in under 5 minutes. This machine can do it all. Definitely worth it

It is working well. I had a little difficulty installing it but HP assisted me.

This is a large size printer but prints 11x17 paper which I need for my business. Plus color printing and scanning. Got a good price and quick delivery.

difficult to set up and activate, many hours on line with techs trying to get it working, control panel and computer meneus not intuitive, found out how to do printing functions by trial and error, n clear path to what you want in on screen menus.

I've never owned an HP printer before. I am very happy with this purchase. It was a great price and quality exceeds my expectations.

So good I bought two - one for work and one for home. Great price, great capabilities, particularly I like the mobile device print capability from my smart phone!

Great printer so far. Haven’t been using it long. One thing though, their is a long delay using wireless.

The printer is big but given the wide format seems to be fine.

The main reason I bought this was the large size scanner bed perfect for an artist. Everything else is just icing.

Can not get the fax to work and the printer will not hold the IP address so you have to reboot or reinstall. We have had the Geek Squad to try to fix.

It's been a good printer so far, with the only drawback being that I couldn't sign it up for Instant Ink just because it's large format?

So far it's been good to us. Quality of printing scanned marks is a little bad.

Great small printer that handles photos along with regular stuff very well. And, best of all, it does not take much physical room.

You will not find another printer that prints or scans this big. Also very reliable. If you print in draft mode, the ink lasts for quite a long time,
