I bought this to replace a comparable Brother printer which dies after 4 years. This has all of the features I need and prints the paper sizes I have to have for projects.

HP 7740 Great Unit

This unit has worked fine and fills all my needs.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Exactly what i was looking for but in HP brand. I've had it four days and haven't been able to print. It jams while feeding the paper thru.

Beware of this printer

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer and set it up and it didnt scan, there was something wrong with the automatic paper feeder. I spent 2 hours on the phone with HP support and they confirmed it did not work so sent me another. The one they sent had the same issue! It took me some time to get time to call them back again and they again confirmed that it did not work. I waited too long to call (over 90 days) however and they will not refund or send another. I realize that I waited too long but each time you call its 3 hours. who can do that? Anyway, my advice is to stay away from this one.
