Easy set up, whether u use it via smart phone or set up through PC. I set up from my personal computer and found it very easy and was happy about that. Prints just fine for what I use it for. So far I’m pleased with its performance.

This printer was, first of all, very easy to setup. I've used countless printers before and this once takes the cake for ease of set up. And with a very short initialization time, this unit stream lines access in favor of speed. After the initial start up and walks through calibration, it jumps right into the wireless setup, which also was super fast. I was also surprised with how quickly it was discoverable by other devices. (That may be to my internet connection, thought, but wanted to make it known). The only thing I wish was different was that printer came with a few sheets of paper to run through, this would give me more confidence that it was functional out of the gate. All in all, due to its ease of set up and standard, yet sleek design. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone in the market for one.

This printer was a replacement for a very old HP OfficeJet Pro. So far, it has done everything I wanted it to do (print in both color and black and white, copy in black and white, and do document scans). The install software for this printer hung up and I had to contact HP Technical Support to get it working. The support person fixed the setup and promptly tried to sell me on Instant Ink to the point I had to shut down his remote access session. I did not appreciate the mixing of technical support and sales. The paper tray is harder to load than my old printer. However, this printer is quite a bit more compact than my old HP, so that was a plus. Overall, I am happy with the new printer.

Fantastic printer. Easy to set up, ready to print. Only snafoo I've encountered has been a random spool error message. Other than that the quality and speed of this thing are outstanding.

Overall, a good HP printer-scanner-copier. When setting up, highly recommend using the mobile app rather than Windows 11. The app requires about 5 minutes versus lots of frustration using Windows. It replaced a Photosmart 5520 and provides the same service at a fraction of the cost. It's not as sturdily built as the Photosmart, but a terrific value. If it fails to print, there's no need to open the HP app on the computer to find the problem. A turn off-turn on solves the problem. For the price, I recommend this printer for home or light office duty.

I’ve had this printer for approximately a year now. It’s the best purchase I’ve made. Everything works so smoothly and the printer itself is so neat. I also love how you can work with it through your phone it’s so convenient.

Very easy to setup and use. The printed sheets are very clear and the color is great. I wish that this version had a port for a memory stick like my last HP printer though.

Sleek printer that is quiet and easy to operate & load new ink. Updates take forever though and papers usually fall on floor after printing even with tray.

This is a really great printer if you need one for your home office. It’s easy to set up and put the ink cartridges in. Just follow the instructions on the screen and it takes you through step by step even for setting up for Wi-Fi and to your computer.

Decent printer for home use or light office use. The tray hardly holds any paper. I wish the tray pulled out farther. Printer stays online fine. Quality of paper printing and copying is fine. I have not tried to print pictures.

Super easy to set up and use. Copies are printed perfect and I love that I can also scan and fax. We replaced a HP7640 after years of service and so far the HP8020 is a far better All-In-One Inkjet printer.

If you can get it to work it's great. I had to use this printer for two different jobs and it's either always out of ink or getting a paper jam or just making some alignment noises. For me personally, I can usually live with minor annoyances but then the printer inkhead stopped working and there's no affordable replacement options. We ended up calling around and most people said it would just be easier/cheaper to get an entirely new printer. The 6 month ink service is cool and good to not have to think about but this printer is definitely not for those who have trouble with using technology.

So far it is working quite well. Was fairly straight forward to set up, considering we are only somewhat computer savvy. The print quality is good. Have to remember to pull the paper stop out or it with send the paper on the floor.

I use the HP for scanning, copying and printing about 400-500 pages a month. These printers are perfect. And HP stands behind them. I had problems with an 8030 series printer, and when we couldn't get it to work right, they sent me a new one.
