Printer works great and is quieter than the HP Printer it replaced. Setup was relatively easy. Would have been a lot easier if HP Ink hadn't had an online problem that caused problems with setup. It has more features than the comparable HP Printer that slowly died after four years. Color quality is excellent.

Makes great copies, easy to use.Great value for the money.

HP is dependable and will last longer than 18months like so many other printers. HP’s software and app is not riddled with spam and virus corruption like their competitors. Excellent printer for the value.

I m not a computer person and thought i would have problems setting this up because of the scanning and fax features. Turnes out all i had to do was get it connected to the wifi and i w as done and even that was easy

Paper tray does nit oull out very easy and magenta ink cartridge was empty after 10 colored items were done. Free ink said i had used 50 pages of paper. mo where near that many wee printed. First colored prints were great.

I replaced an older HP OfficeJet with this one. First experience with a wireless printer. Sometimes the printer can't find the computer and vise versa and they are a foot apart. Definitely works better than the old one.

It is a good enough printer for what I need. It can be temperamental. It does tend to update in the middle of the night and that is a problem because my home office is in my bedroom.

the only reason i not giving it 5 stars is it use 1 cartage for the 3 colors. if i know this i would not have bought it. But otherwise a great printer, easy hook up and use. its a great printer.

I replaced an older printer with this one as the previous print would constantly be out of ink, have connection issues or not work at all from early on. This printer has been flawless. Easy to set up and all functions easy to use, we especially like the ability to scan multiple pages. Zero issues. Highly recommended for home use, great value.

I would have rated it 5 if it wasnt for the bulkiness. Top scanner and the glass scanner is bit overboard but overall i like the touch display and the ease of the app to keep track of ink anf printing.

Always had HP workhorse all-in-one printers for my home office but last one lasted 6 months. This was only alternate in price range. Generally good design and features but set up was difficult - and I am familiar with setting up printers. Geek squad gave up on 1st machine and told me to return it. Likewise this one after i tried for hours getting "error" message, then 2 hours on tech support phone told me to call tech out. Had error "connecting" printer to PC. Eventually worked and seems good. Functions well though you have to select buttons every time you open paper tray. And poor design in paper tray - rather flimsy and not easy to push in/out. Hope it lasts for years like a previous HP OfficeJet Pro.

My old HP printer quit working so I reviewed ratings for a new HP on the Best Buy site. I selected this printer and I am very happy with it to date. Very easy to set up and I was able to print within minutes. I like the ink auto delivery option from HP as well so that I never run out of ink.

I use this printer for number of projects and it has never failed me and is quite easy to replace the ink.

I love this Printer it is quiet and just beginning to learn all the things I can do with it. I really am very pleased with it. And look forward to using it for a very long time. I really think the HP Printers are quite good.

Finally a HP printer that works with my MacBook Pro without having to plug it into the printer with a physical cable. The whole purpose for having a wireless is to print from anywhere in the office fast.
