This is an excellent wireless printer. I normally purchase Cannon products, but decided to try out an HP. Too my surprised, I’m very pleased with this purchase and the idea to setup for supplies through HP ink reorder system.

Purchased for home with one WFH parent and teenagers. Easy set up. Good B&W print quality. Color isn't laser quality but more than fine for school and general work printing. Doesn't seem to be going through ink quickly.

OK, but my old one was better

I had an HP printer before this, and really liked it, so I wanted something similar. This fills the bill very nicely. But I feel it's not as solid as the last one. And one thing one my old printer did that this one doesn't seem to: If I had a multi-page double-sided document that I wanted to copy, I'd put it in the top feeder and it would copy both sides nicely. However, I tried that with this printer, and it didn't work. The Total Tech person who installed it also tried to make it work, looked through an online manual, without success. So it looks like any double-sided copying I need to do will have to be one page, one side at at time. Fortunately, I'm retired, so this doesn't happen too often.

My printer was >10 years old but it kept churning out pages till one day it stopped! It was an HP Office Jet 6500 and had done its job well. So I looked for another medium priced HP. I saw the HPOffice jet Prop 8025 online and decided to order it from Amazon. But then I saw that it would take a week or more - on Prime - to get to me. So I looked at Best Buy. Not only did they have the printer at a little lower price, it could be available the next day for pickup! So Best Buy won! and so did I This printer is excellent. A big step up in performance and features from my 6500. The scanning app is better designed and scanning is faster. The output from a scan has been stepped up to allow saving in any folder, not just the "My Scans" folder. It is stingy with ink - I also signed up for the HP Automatic ink system. I'll see how it works. I tried printing several type so documents form dense text, to text and graphics, to photos. They all print fine. Happy with the 8025! And very happy with Best Buy!

This product is one of, if not the best around with an absolute amazing price bargain. I do a lot of printing for my master degree and PhD program in the university, so I have tried many products. This is simply the best so far.

The printer is and has been working well. We use it mostly for making copies from the computer, but, feel it would function as well for other applications.

    Starter ink runs out FAST

Seems to print just fine, but plan on either buying replacement cartridges immediately or sign up for the Instant Ink subscription because the starter cartridges only last for a very short time. Although the literature indicates they should last one to two weeks, mine ran out the first day and I was only able to get about 25 color prints out of the machine before the very low ink warning registered on all cartridges and prints began to streak. Replacement cartridges were sent immediately via the HP instant ink subscription, but they aren't scheduled to arrive for two weeks.

Its a decent printer. I personally HATE HP, period....never have liked their junk but the wife needed something quick. This fulflled that and so far is working correctly but as usual with HP, probably won't last long.

This was easy to set up, but it did often lose connectivity to the laptops in the office. The feeder would often jam up, but other than than it was used a lot and worked great as a printer

This is the best printer I have ever had. It's production of various prints from my computer is top notch in quality. Easy to use once it is installed and seems to me to be error free. I would recommend this printer to anyone shopping for a printer.

This is a great printer, easy to set up, and how can you beat six months of free ink? Everything works well and I am pleased. Before this, I had an older model - not much different - but I was so happy with that one that I purchased this with no hesitation and it is perfect for my needs.

I got my old printer working so I don't know how many stars to give. Right now it's still in the box. Based on how old my other HP is it should be a good printer and last a long time. The old one is 10 yrs. old.

We've been using this new printer for about a month. The only issue we've had is setting up the printer so we can print from outside of the home. Other than that its been good.

It was easy to install. At this time, though, I have only printed a few pages and have not used all the features. Downside, it was very difficult using HP Smart to get it set up. More like HP not so smart.

I've been using an EPSON WF-3620 for over 5 years but the printhead no longer functioned even after doing maintenance / cleaning so it was time for a new printer. I wanted another EPSON but due to shortages, a comparable one was not available anywhere. My next choice was the HP line. I picked a reasonably priced similarly featured one which was this OfficeJet 8025. My initial reaction was the cheaper plastic they use compared to the EPSON. The paper tray is pretty flimsy and the initial setup was not quite smooth as I had paper jams right away. It's working fine now with average print quality for a new printer. I've signed up for the hp ink program to give it a spin to see if I save money. I picked a plan which is inline to what I was spending on ink on the EPSON per year. Overall, once this printer dies, I'm going back to EPSON.

Very easy to set up and use. Also like the free trial for the ink subscription. It senses when you are running low and will deliver to your home. Good print quality too, and able to sync to your phone to print from there as well.

I purchased this printer for my son, I have had one just like it for a few years and it always works right on cue. It is wireless so I don't have to worry about another cord hanging around. Very nice printer.
