HP always seems to have the best home office printers at various price points for most any budget. Set up was seemless and connecting to our network easier than most competitors.

Purchased from Best Buy, set up following the minimal instructions, printer not available in HP Smart on Chromebook resulting in no print jobs. I was a TotalTech member so the Geek Squad came in-home to resolve the issue at no cost. I continue to be a member of My Best Buy Total (new) but will have to pay for the Geek Squad services in-home. Not sure if My Best Buy Total is worth the money since there is a charge for in-home service.

after changing cannon printer to hp we hooked it up and followed directions and WOW it worked . thanks best buy for exchanging printer for me with NO hastle.

Did reading and homework before going to BB to purchase new printer. Had last one for over 10+ years. Really like All in One HP Printers and their Instant Ink program.

The printer has been working very well. I am pleased with this printer, it's quality print, the colors are really good, and with that in mind, I am happy it was available for purchase. A good find.

I absolutely love this printer. It takes a bit to get the ink cartridges to line up when installing, but once it's up and running it's amazing. Print quality and speed are excellent!

Very fast and reliable printer. Able to meet all of our challenges! Need to be careful with lifting cover when copying. Plastic appears thin, but we are being cautious.

Once you past the tedious setup process with HP, the printer, copier, scanner is actual decent. Setup on an Apple system is difficult and with bogged down wait times and error messages, but it seems to work better on Windows based PCs. I have both systems running on the same wi-fi. The only other complaint I would express is that the front cover opens frequently if you are not paying attention during scanning and then it takes a while to continue because of the self-diagnoses that happens when its ready when you close it. I fixed it with transparent tape.
