Needed a good reliable printer to replace my HP 8610 that suddenly quit working at the worst possible time. This printer seemed to have everything I needed and could be used with the insta ink program I had been on. Once it arrived, The set up was quick and easy and printed great. Touch screen controls and wireless printing make it well worth the price.

This is such a wonderful upgrade to my last hp! It is super fast and does everything I need it to do for school and work. I highly recommend this printer!

I have been nothing but pleased with this all in one printer. The set up was annoying but once I had it it works seamlessly. I am not sure why the set up process is so difficult it just needs some direct instructions. I would recommend this system to my friends now that I know how to set it up.

We are happy with this printer. It is like our last printer so we don’t have to learn new ways to use it.

I was looking for a good printer for a decent price and came across this one. I went to Best Buy and it was the only one left on the aisle, it looked nice to me so I took it home. After setting it up, I realized this printer can only be used with a membership with HP, so if you don’t pay that monthly membership you won’t be able to print. HUGE BUMMER. Other than that it does the Job.

Easy setup. Got at a great discount as a total tech member. Wanted a black printer though only comes in light grey.

I use to have an HP 7 years ago and it was a total software disaster. Then owned Epson and enjoyed it until the ink tank took over and what a waste of good epson ink. Then returned and purchased this HP Office Jet Pro 8020 and it's been a wonderful addition to my computer. Software is wonderful and easy to use. The printer is neat in appearance and easy to use. Thank you.

Very easy to set up, it’s very fast & connects with any wireless mobile or computer device with ease.

I bought this printer for my wife because we needed an upgrade from our HP Envy. She is overall satisfied with how fast it prints and scans from the top instead of having to scan page by page. Print quality is really goods too. Also HP Instant Ink is a huge money saver.

I absolutely love my printer, and the scanner feeder works great for large documents.

Very good at printing colors Speed is good. Easy to set up

Had an older HP printer where the printhead went on the fritz. Cost so much to replace the printhead, so opted for a new printer. Installation was easy, print quality is good. Opted for the HP+ to get the additional year warranty. Printer is lighter and has a smaller footprint than my old 8620 printer. Paper tray is not as big, nor does it coma all the way out and the output tray is not as long so paper hangs out. Some of the negatives, but overall a better machine. You can see on the pics how the paper hangs over the end of the output tray.

I bought this printer about a year and a half ago. It was slow to print at times and didnt even print at all on other occasions. Today, i got an error message saying that the cartridge is jammed and wont move so now it can’t print. After 2 hours of troubleshooting and finding out that it’s past warranty, im annoyed just looking at it. This is now junk thats just sitting in my office…taking up space…

Run away from this printer. I bought this printer in attempt to (hopefully) switch all of my printing for my graphic design business from third-party to in-house printing (a much better choice overall). However, this printer failed over and over and over. I've had it about a month and I should've taken it back immediately once I knew, but I gave it a shot and it failed. I've tried printing with every possible setting on the printer, changing my computer settings, printing on different types of paper, printing with PDFs, PNGs, the whole 9 yards and it's still extremely sub-par, especially for the price. The ease of printing is nice, but the quality is what matters to me. I could've purchased the $49.99 epson printer and gotten the same results. Extremely disappointed that I wasted this much money. I attached a photo of a sticker I tried to print. It should be nice, solid blocks of color. Instead, it looks like it was done with watercolor. It's extremely splotchy, and messy. I've never had a printer print this terribly before and I haven't the faintest idea why this one is doing it. For me, this doesn't come within the realm of acceptable. After multiple attempts, I managed to get the splotches out by changing some settings, but it was still dull, lifeless and barely-there color. Not ideal for a business.

Excellent printer. It does everything I need without talking back.
