This is a much bigger printer than my old HP all in one which i used at home for many years until it finally wore out. This new one says it is an Office Pro all in one but it was priced less than many other all in one printers listed for home use so that's why I chose this one. I also liked the idea of 8 months of instant ink included. So far....just a one month into its purchase.... I am quite pleased with my purchase and pleased with quick delivery from Best Buy and know their Geek Squad is there for support if needed !

HP did a great job with this model. I saved so much money with the instant ink plan and added the paper delivery plan.

While I haven’t had the printer long enough to determine if it will perform well long-term, I am generally happy with it thus far. I like the compact, sleek design, as it fits nicely on a bookshelf. I have lots of controls to print the quality and layout I desire, and the output is nice. It’s not extremely noisy, but it can definitely be heard as it is clanking to prepare to print. The printing on its lowest dpi is rather slow, if compared with my old laser printer. The process the printer goes through to prepare to print a single page seems longer than it takes to actually generate the output. Conceptually, I like the ink plan that came with it, but the amount of allowed pages is ridiculously low per month. I’m a frugal printer in general, as I don’t like to waste paper, so I’m sure I have not really put this printer to test. That’s stated, I think the overall value for this product makes it worth a try.

I like that it's not large and bulky, and not noisy, prints pretty quick too.

Really good printer for home and office use. Prints documents as well as photos. Good copy machine as well.

Was a little nervous at first but this machine was simple to set up and can do it all. In a household of 2 public teachers, this is a must have for our weekly schedules and even though we have had it for a short time, it hasn’t let us down. Prints clear and colorful pages and the speed is awesome. Would recommend this for the average customer.

Was a bit wary with all the steps to follow to set up; but it worked out well. Pretty easy to use and copies come out looking well - nice quality. Printer not as heavy duty as printer I had previously. Nothing seems to be the same; and I hope it holds up. Looks a bit flimsy when putting cover up and down and paper drawer as well, so I have to treat it with more care I guess. Haven’t used all the features yet.

I was surprised at how easy it was to set it up and start printing. I can copy, print, scan, fax, and apps. Worth every penny!

Replaced 8 yr old HP after extensive research. Very clear, reliable printing and copy. Great quality photos, tho bit hard to figure out how. Paper tray flimsy, hard to figure out. No back to photos, just side adjustment. Instant ink sounded great, first supply arrived promptly. Confusing what 8 mo. free means, got alert to set higher limit tho 1st 2 mos. supposed to be free. Surprised to learn I've exceeded 300 pages, don't believe so.

This printer is tops: very easy to install and set up. I was very impressed when I opened the box and just had to pull the plastic handle package containing the printer out. Once again, very clear and easy steps to set it up. Took minutes to get it running. Installations were very clear and very easy to understand. Just pictures... Great value for the money. Love the instant ink program.

Replaced a twelve year old HP printer.was amazed at the automated ease of setting it up on home WiFi net and the ease of operation. Look forward to never having to go out to buy cartridges again. Had a couple of questions about the instaink program that were expertly and cheerfully answered by responsive HP customer service reps. Both Bestbuy and Hp shine in that category making on line purchasing in the era of COVID 19 almost effortless. Works as aadvertised in all functions.

Easy to use, great print quality and wireless printing capabilities. The ink actually lasts quite a while.

I expected better quality prints from an HP printer. The prints have lines going through solid colors and black solids. Sometimes if you print grids they don't lineup. For text and worksheets where color is needed to give your work some eye candy then this is the printer for you. If you want a printer that prints higher quality color images and no lines going through images this is not the printer for you. The printer was easy to setup but entering the wifi password felt like texting on my old flip phone, took a while to enter the password with no keyboard feature on the display. Scanner is ok for archiving documents but not for high resolution scans. If I knew this printer was just average I would of purchased a cheaper model.

I had a Brother printer and it was no longer compatible to the Windows programs. I had never been very happy with the Brother printer but had been told the best on the market to have. I have not had this HP printer for long but have been very pleased with my experience so far. The set up was a breeze. The copies are very professional. I have printed over WiFi from my laptop and my phone for great looking copies. I am very happy.
