Had some problems loading the program for the printer on-line. Don't know if it was my fault but every time I started to select an item on the website it seemed to try to upload the set up info but never quite got there. Finally had to delete what was loaded and start over. The instant supply that came with the printer is really great, Already have a complete new set of cartridges on hand.

The tech was able to help me walk through the process to get the software to install and work. He did a great job. Other than that it is working as it should.

Thanks for the review and the feedback. While I’m glad you like the print quality your printer has delivered, I’m sorry that it has used ink more rapidly than you’d anticipated. I can certainly see why that would be an unwelcome surprise. I want to help you understand what’s happening with the device and remedy the problem if one exists, so I’ll offer what I hope are useful resources and information.
First, I can’t tell from your review how many prints you’ve gotten from a set of cartridges, but I’ll point out that some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less still than ones in our Instant Ink program. If you’ve used only the cartridges that came with the printer, this could explain what you’re seeing.
However, if you’ve installed replacement cartridges, the XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated yields of 825 pages, while the regular size cartridges are expected to produce about 300 pages. How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is.
