I had a Brother printer and it was no longer compatible to the Windows programs. I had never been very happy with the Brother printer but had been told the best on the market to have. I have not had this HP printer for long but have been very pleased with my experience so far. The set up was a breeze. The copies are very professional. I have printed over WiFi from my laptop and my phone for great looking copies. I am very happy.

I expected better quality prints from an HP printer. The prints have lines going through solid colors and black solids. Sometimes if you print grids they don't lineup. For text and worksheets where color is needed to give your work some eye candy then this is the printer for you. If you want a printer that prints higher quality color images and no lines going through images this is not the printer for you. The printer was easy to setup but entering the wifi password felt like texting on my old flip phone, took a while to enter the password with no keyboard feature on the display. Scanner is ok for archiving documents but not for high resolution scans. If I knew this printer was just average I would of purchased a cheaper model.

Great to have printer at home to complete the office and for convenience, the quality of the pronting is prestige,, and it is very quiet on quiet mode, you can barely hear it at all. Would recommebd Best Buy for quality, and the printer for quality as well. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOTH TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, VERY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE.

This HP printer is a replacement for another HP printer. We bought this because of the 1-year free HP Ink program. This printer is VERY quiet. It was easy to set up - about 30 minutes from out of the box. Prints from any device. We will see about the quality and its length of service. Expensive - I have never paid more than $125 for a printer.

My printer died during the pandemic, so I had to go look for a printer quick. I went to the Best Buy website and reviewed several different printers. This printer has it all, printing, scanning, a feed tray and setting it up on the home network was super easy. I went ahead and subscribe to the monthly printer plan and I have already received the initial cartridges for $9.99/ month so it makes it super easy to ensure that there is the printer has enough ink each time.

Smooth. Quiet. Print is very clear and the colors are nice and bright. Very easy to set up.

Easy to set up out of the box. Not overly keen on HP's software - especially pushing their ink program. However I have a third party scanning software that works with this. Overall recommend this all-in-one as does exactly what is needed- scans are crisp and clear and can go to a higher resolution if needed. Printing photos were good - make sure you have quality photo paper however. Overall I recommend this printer!

I ran out of ink the very next day I had it!! Not at all what I expected, to say the least. I had to go & buy my own ink, as I had not yet received the "instant ink". That was a nightmare to set up!! AND, it comes to you via SNAIL MAIL!" So, once the account is set up, you have to wait a week for it to come! I had to buy more ink. Not at all helpful. In all, I have had to purchase my own ink 3 times. The paper count that I incurred while waiting on the ink can't be adjusted, which will affect the delivery of future ink nor can the paper costs be reimbursed (an additional cost for me). The printer came with a sticker on it that indicated that I was to get 8 MONTHS of free ink - no one knows how to set that up. As it stands now, I'm only going to get 2 months. Oh, and one of the "instant ink" black ink cartridges I received was a dud! so I had to replace that myself. too. Ink is so outrageously expensive anyway, this has just been a bad situation getting it all set up! All in all, it has been a very frustrating experience to get set up. The printer works fine & the clarity is good. I would recommend that part.

I found the installation to be very difficult. The printer does not come with an installation disk. You are supposed to go online and download HP Smart which will guide you through the installation. It would not work for me. You open the app and it takes you to Micorsoft to sign in. I couldn't get signed in. Since I had previously owned HP printers I knew you could go to HP to download the printer software. I did that and was able to install the printer. When you try to install the printer on other computers on your home network it will show App Available beside the printer in Settings. That will install the printer but it won't put a printer icon on the Desktop nor allow a way to access other features of the printer like Scan. I ended up installing the printer by downloading the printer software from HP for each installation. After installation the printer would lose contact with the computer. If you are accessing the printer by wifi you have to set a static address on your route and the same ip address manually on the printer. Once installed the printer functions as it should and is easy to use. I've been a home computer user since 1981. This was the most difficult printer installation I've ever encountered.

So we had the 8020 and gave it to someone who needed it -- and I just assumed I would get something different, but found that I think of this printer like a reliable friend. The formatting of this little guy is so intuitive... so easy to set up... print from phone or computer... scanning a synch... Just saying: there are machines that can do more, but for what it does, the 8035 is a CHAMP. Highly recommend.

My previous printer was an HP Jet Pro and it lasted 9 years without one tech call or repair needed. I knew my next printer would be an HP because it is dependable . It is easy to use and gives very clear copies. This printer includes a scanner which is also easy to use and saves a trip to a store to scan important documents, The color is crisp, I am very happy with my choice,

Great printer replaced a previous printer that didn’t fail was on my home network for several years. Moved to another location set my network with the new providers modem can’t print wirelessly thru the net work. I had to purchase a new printer that has dual band wi fix as I have a Mesh network not range extenders. Bgrewt printer my quick to print very quiet and fast,,,

I purchased this printer to replace my 4-yr old HP all in-one printer that was no longer able to print the colors accurately. This printer is a little faster than the old one. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the paper tray. The tray sticks and is more flimsy than the previous printer.
